I give it one star because I have tried many times to speak with a worker at these places to ask if vehicle parts are available, but it turns out that there is no phone number for each location because many times you travel from very far away and when you arrive you can't find the part. They should improve the system and show the part that has already been sold, or they will also do it so that you don't miss the $5 entry fee. The prices of the parts are very excellent, you should just have a phone number to talk to before going

Excellent experience with Turner's. They keep their inventory up to date on car-part.com, which is how I found they have a part I needed. I called in and they were nice enough to go out in the yard, send me pictures of the part, and give me an estimate. Then, when I came out to pick up the part, they served me kindly and promptly, even pulled the part for me. Super nice. Thanks a ton to Karl and the guys!

Went here for the Memorial Day weekend for the 50% off sale. This had to be one of the cleanest, nicest, most efficient pap i have ever been to. 4 cashier open. Free cold bottle water as I was leaving. What a great experience Rialto pap could learn a thing or 2 from these guys. Great job!!!

Auto Gator rocks!! I have purchased other used parts for my other vehicles from other suppliers on line and they show up damaged in a bent cardboard box from poor packaging. Check out the photos of the used running board I purchased. Auto Gator shipped it to me wrapped in a cloth, strapped down in a custom wood box with plastic wrapped all around the outside! The running board used was better than my orginal one! Works perfectly after I installed over the weekend. Auto Gator will always be my first and hopefully last stop for any future used parts I might need. Thank you Auto Gator!

They were quick in the recycling process. Took them no time at all to weigh out what I brought in and pay me for it.

Avoid This Business – Untrustworthy and Unprofessional I strongly advise against doing business with San Benito Auto Wreckers. My mom purchased a transmission from them for $900, and after paying another $1,200 to have it installed at a local shop, we discovered it was faulty. According to their website’s warranty policy, we should have been able to return it for a refund or exchange—but that was not the case. I had to call multiple times a day for two weeks, constantly getting the runaround before finally obtaining the owner’s number (Jacob). When I spoke with him, he was unhelpful and dismissive, claiming their policy was to replace the transmission first and only offer a refund if they couldn’t find another one—which is nowhere stated on their website. When I pointed this out and requested a refund, he flat-out refused. When I told him I would take legal action, he said ok, and hung up on me. When my mom called, Jacob was incredibly rude, again refusing the refund and hanging up on her as well. This business does not stand by its policies, lacks basic customer service, and seems comfortable taking people’s money without accountability. If you want reliable parts, honest service, and a company that actually honors its policies, avoid this place at all costs. Save yourself the stress and shop somewhere reputable. FYI the transmission was purchased on 2/11/25 So still under warranty, according to the policy.

People, BE ADVISED... Unless you want agitation, no help, and a good day go bad. Stay away. And if you do go, take and pay cash. These fine folks have no problem with credit card fraud!

So apparently my next-door neighbor was using this company to tow their SUV away so the tow truck parked in front of my house when the lady got out to make some type of adjustment the truck started going on its own and crashed into my mailbox breaking the pole out of the ground and the mailbox detached from the top of the pole have no idea why someone is driving a tow truck that has no idea how to correctly Park it Obviously this is not a job for a female very unprofessional how she didn’t even bother to apologize for what damage she caused to my property I did speak to the manager and she said she was going to send someone to put the poll back in the ground you people might want to request a male Tow truck driver if you want their services because this female cannot handle this tow truck apparently

Horrible customer service literally sighing over the phone cause THEY misunderstood what part im asking for to just hanging up in frustration If i could give 0 stars i would look for another place dont waist your time here

I've been searching everywhere for a specific alternator for my 1985 Chevy pickup, and these guys actually had it in stock. The staff was super helpful and walked me through their yard to show me exactly where they pulled it from. The price was more than fair, and the part works perfectly. I'll definitely be back when I need more parts.

They just say they have vehicles in stock to get you in the yard and charge their $2 fee. Didn't have ANYthing even close to what I asked about and they said they had several. Another guy shopping at the sane time as me said they did the same thing to him and he only found one car. They have no idea what their stock is and don't check.

I went to B and B auto yard to pick up a couple used tires. The staff invited me in and showed the way to the final resting place for many wrecked vehicles.Well tires were plenty.Some still on , several put in the tire area.Staff we're very cooperative in letting me browse around to take my pick of the best I could find, then remove tire from the car or truck and wheel up to the office to get a price(no price tags or barcodes on these items). We discussed that a little , settling on his fair price . The independence given in my shopping spree,refreshing. No one pointing out pros and cons of an item.You just pick a part , pay on way out ,maybe pray the tire will keep your own car from ending up there at the wrecking yard. If you go it would be good to bring the tools you may need with you as it is most likely still attached to the host vehicle.l was successful in my shopping spree .good luck to all others.
