Excellent experience with Turner's. They keep their inventory up to date on car-part.com, which is how I found they have a part I needed. I called in and they were nice enough to go out in the yard, send me pictures of the part, and give me an estimate. Then, when I came out to pick up the part, they served me kindly and promptly, even pulled the part for me. Super nice. Thanks a ton to Karl and the guys!

For anyone who is a car enthusiast like I am, this place is like a candy shop for big kids. For anyone who can turn a wrench and wants to save a few bucks vs parts store parts OR grabbing a hard to find part, this place is the place to be. I always enjoy coming here (or any local LKQ for that matter), even if it's just to look around. What I don't like about this particular location is that they're never consistent on what you can and can't bring in. One time I go in shortly after opening with all my tools. I get what I'm looking for but still need to return for more. I make my purchase, get my return admittance ticket, and return. When being checked in the second time, the SAME staff member who checked me in said I couldn't bring in my angle grinder. I explained to him that he checked me in earlier in the day, that he had just checked me out (tool bag inspection) not even 10 minutes earlier and provided me my return admittance ticket, and that on the return admittance he wouldn't let me take in my angle grinder. Customer tool policy needs to be consistent and clearly visible. This isn't visible anywhere.

Great service! Ken and his staff were great. Had a total truck they offered some money set up tow and it was off our property within matter of hours. No BS from them n no BS process. Will return as a customer n definitely recommend them. Thanks.

I can’t say enough good things about Auto Gator! I was in desperate need of a very specific, hard-to-find part (wire harness connector), and they went above and beyond to help me. Jay, in particular, was amazing. He took the time to track down the exact part I needed, ensured it was in great condition, and walked me through the entire process with patience and professionalism. It’s rare to find a business so dedicated to customer service these days, but Auto Gator truly delivered. Thanks to Jay and the team, my vehicle is back on the road, and I couldn’t be happier. If you need auto parts, especially something hard to come by, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

So apparently my next-door neighbor was using this company to tow their SUV away so the tow truck parked in front of my house when the lady got out to make some type of adjustment the truck started going on its own and crashed into my mailbox breaking the pole out of the ground and the mailbox detached from the top of the pole have no idea why someone is driving a tow truck that has no idea how to correctly Park it Obviously this is not a job for a female very unprofessional how she didn’t even bother to apologize for what damage she caused to my property I did speak to the manager and she said she was going to send someone to put the poll back in the ground you people might want to request a male Tow truck driver if you want their services because this female cannot handle this tow truck apparently

We ordered what we were told was a rim and tire. We were quoted separately for both parts plus shipping for both parts. We paid for both parts and shipping, and were told we would get tracking details, but never did. We tried calling for details and nobody ever answers the phone, or they do, and leave you on hold. When we received the order, all they sent was the rim! No tire! We paid for both because we needed both. Once again, tried to call them to find out what happened and when we finally got a human they said that price and shipping was JUST for the rim. That was not what we were told. Then they said they'd look into it an get back to us. When I called back again, they said they'd refund us for the tire, but not the shipping. I have never seen the refund. This business could be great, but they have horrible management and customer skills. We won't be doing business with them again... unless we finally get our refund...

I do not recommend these guys to anyone. The guy who works the counter has no customer service skills, very rude. And the prices are ridiculous. The owner is a nice guy but the guy behind the counter is a p.o.s. .

I went to B and B auto yard to pick up a couple used tires. The staff invited me in and showed the way to the final resting place for many wrecked vehicles.Well tires were plenty.Some still on , several put in the tire area.Staff we're very cooperative in letting me browse around to take my pick of the best I could find, then remove tire from the car or truck and wheel up to the office to get a price(no price tags or barcodes on these items). We discussed that a little , settling on his fair price . The independence given in my shopping spree,refreshing. No one pointing out pros and cons of an item.You just pick a part , pay on way out ,maybe pray the tire will keep your own car from ending up there at the wrecking yard. If you go it would be good to bring the tools you may need with you as it is most likely still attached to the host vehicle.l was successful in my shopping spree .good luck to all others.
