If you could get parts from here your looking at a very reasonable price They even held the part for me overnight. I was referred to this place by JR Dismantlying and when I showed up to purchase a fender they said I could see over the phone, then when i show up to look at it they refused to sell it to me. Because I had mention in had just found some other color matching parts but just needed a fender. Very poor customer service,old man had the attitude of a 5year old. I do not recommend doing business here as they are not here to serve their customers/clients. Not writing this review out of spite. I am simply writing experience with this company. And maybe they will improve and stop costing themselves loss of sales. I may be 25 years old but I am seasoned enough in the sales industry (from working at in-n-out to Rotolo Chevrolet #1 chevy dealer in America) I know what is and what ISN'T good business. Hope this company improves for the better future.

I drove a long way to make a purchase, and the parts were damaged and full of dirt and grease. The sales man and manager were both saying that they could not give any discounts for parts that are damaged. They said , well go buy a new part at the dealership. They are also a lot more expensive then other salvage yards. If it was not for my emergency , i would have order the part elsewhere. These people do not care about their customers and soon they will notice once they see that people will stop buying from them. I know that this will be the last time I deal with these jerks.

This is the worst auto dismantler around San Bernardino PERIOD. I needed a stock air intake for my acura TL and some very unprofessional gentlemen answered the phone and was rude started yelling at me about dialing the phone in his ear when I tried to get a phone number from him , there is no need to be rude and disrespectful.
