This is the worst auto dismantler around San Bernardino PERIOD. I needed a stock air intake for my acura TL and some very unprofessional gentlemen answered the phone and was rude started yelling at me about dialing the phone in his ear when I tried to get a phone number from him , there is no need to be rude and disrespectful.

I drove a long way to make a purchase, and the parts were damaged and full of dirt and grease.The sales man and manager were both saying that they could not give any discounts for parts that are damaged.They said , well go buy a new part at the dealership.They are also a lot more expensive then other salvage yards. If it was not for my emergency , i would have order the part elsewhere.These people do not care about their customers and soon they will notice once they see that people will stop buying from them. I know that this will be the last time I deal with these jerks.
