Got some help from Bruce in Sales. He didn't have the part, but set me up with a competitor that had the part. Can't ask for better service than that! These guys will be my first call EVERY TIME! Nobody else we called acted like they cared, and pick n pull flat out lied to us.

I can't comment on their pricing cuz I was picking up something a friend had already purchased, but I can say that all 4 of the people I met there were super friendly and helpful.I got the kind of vibe that let's me know I'd go back without hesitation 👍🏽

Don't know why I gave this 3 stars to begin with. So I gotta do em right. Even if they don't even have what you need. I promise you that they will find it for you somewhere in the country. They got the connection on good used parts for the low low. 🤯

These guys, what can I say about these guys. These guys are the most amazing people in helping you with your car parts even through in free ones when the wrong one was delivered then gave me an extra part for free for my other truck paid for shipping even these guys rocked my world that day I recommend them to anybody anywhere anytime I even offered and expected to pay for my parts and my offer to pay was denied again great company!!!

Great service! Ken and his staff were great. Had a total truck they offered some money set up tow and it was off our property within matter of hours. No BS from them n no BS process. Will return as a customer n definitely recommend them. Thanks.

I was looking for a transmission 350/400 with a mated transfer case, checked all over worked with pick-n-pull lots, It was well just come out and see what we have we have some transmissions blah blah blah. Viking found me the transmission mated transfer case And set me up with some linkage Nice warranty and a reasonable price. Will definitely use them again

This is the worst customer service been getting run around for over a month., supposed part was shipped three different times.. finally a month later get the part in mail and it is not what was ordered.. we sent pictures of the needed part even to the employee., got a big run around.. owner is very rude and screaming on phone wouldn’t allow me to get a word in edge wise.. he has correct part but wouldnt allow me to pay for the correct part and then they refund me when they got the other part back.. owner wanted the other part back first before Allowing us to get correct part.. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy..

Bought a car from them and took days to get smogged then they close for the weekend leaving me hanging after I paid lots for this car. Don't do business with these guys very shady

This place was a waste of time! They are asking WAY TOO MUCH money for parts that may or may not work! Also the gentleman asked a variety of questions about the part I wanted to see if it was in stock and then when we got there said he actually needed the VIN number to confirm if they had the right part, AFTER I drove 40 mins just to get there... JUST to tell me he didn’t actually have the part! Again WASTE OF TIME! No guaranteed products, EXPENSIVE USED PRODUCTS, and shorty customer service!
