I have used Battaglia Auto for a variety of my auto needs, including salvage, salvage parts, referrals for auto mechanics to do repair, and auto purchasing as well. I recommend them without reservation since I have worked with them for several years. They have consistently met my needs, and they somehow keep a smile and a kind remark all the while they answer phones, take care of customers and do business. I cannot say enough about this business, and Butch Battaglia himself, along with Mike, who are always ready and able to step in and assist you with your needs. Do NOT pass up this opportunity to save yourself money, find good referrals for your work, and honest prices for any of your auto needs. This is a great group of people who have built a good reputation from their consistent, dedicated effort to practice business the right way...a rare find today.

Horrible.... the guy at the front desk with the 80s feathered hair (refused to give his name) is the most ignorant, arrogant person to deal with. When this female decided it was time to give what ya get... he couldn't handle it!! Refused to sell me the part I needed.No big deal...I got the part in stock, brand new from Burne Honda. Cost $8.49 tax included. I would have paid triple that to deal with professionals!! If you don't know how to communicate with the public... you have no business working the front desk! Sensitivity training SEVERELY needed for this guy! He must be a relative to keep his job.I will tell all my friends to shop elsewhere.

I believe they are shady!!! If I could go less then one star I would. The household car has been in their custody since Tuesday and now it Saturday. They are saying sometime next week they will deliver it to the mechanic. I have been attempting to make arrangements since Tuesday. However they keep giving me reason why they can't. Mean while storage charges are adding up everyday.

Called trying to schedule a tow for the following day (or at least check the availability), and the gentleman that answers said "well call back tomorrow then". Definitely wouldn't bat an eye at this place. They don't seem to care about their business much.

I bring them copper, they give me money; Amazing place! The guys taking your scrap are polite, helpful, and will go out of their way to separate your scrap so you get the best possible price. The workers that cash you out are always friendly, and let you know if there is a major fluctuation in metal prices. Will happily be coming here with any scrap metals.

I work at Hertrich Collision Center of Chadds Ford and Tommy Stern is my contact. Whenever I call him he is extremely helpful with getting me whatever we need. The quality of his customer service is without rival. He always has a great attitude and is ready help. It's always a pleasure to work with Chucks auto salvage with Tommy Stern as our contact.

I scheduled to have a forklift picked up and delivered with Brianna. We had agreed that she would pickup on Thursday 4/7/22. I called her on Thursday to confirm and she stated she needed to push it out to Friday 4/8. I agreed and told my customer they would pickup Friday. The truck never showed up and now they are dodging my calls. They have my credit card on file and I need to get this forklift picked up. Man they helped me a ton with my car. My car's hood was nearly impossible to find used but they had it along with the bumper headlights and bumper guard. Tom was a really big help with this and I greatly appreciate it.

had my four-wheel-drive ranger in for inspection and a control arm. He's always willing to look at a vehicle and give an honest opinion of what it needs. very professional and down to earth attitude, I have never Felt like he was trying to sell me something I didn't need done. Honesty is rare in the auto market and priceless when you find it.

They literally never let me in. I’ve tried for years to look for wheels and tires and headlights for my truck and he always turns me away. Very rude company, you need the father of the son who owns the company he’s a nice man that’s about it.

I’ll give 2 stars because I like to support local businesses and Matt is a stand up guy, but To the rude secretary that hung up on me after I said I would call her back after she told me I had to make an appointment *which I was going to* but don’t think I’ll be going here now. Maybe you should hire a new secretary that cares or show the current one how to learn some respect for the customers

It's a self service salvage yard. You pick and pull what you want, pay for it on the way out. Couldn't be any simpler. Couldn't use Google maps to find the place so you give them a bad review? Makes sense. Want the hours? Call them. Google is wrong on Home Depots hours too. It's Google's fault not the businesses. Anyways I always find what I need there and prices are good.

Was greeted by a very friendly older gentleman. I assume the owner. Let me walk the yard to look. Smaller yard, but they have some very unique older cars here that might help a lot of people out looking for parts
