Called trying to schedule a tow for the following day (or at least check the availability), and the gentleman that answers said "well call back tomorrow then". Definitely wouldn't bat an eye at this place. They don't seem to care about their business much.

Was hit at a red light on 3/16/22, eddys collision came to my aide and towed my vehicle and stored it SAFELY behind barbed wire. They also answered all my calls, allowed adjusters to see my vehicle and it was delivered to the body shop with everything IN TACT. Not sure about other people's ratings but they get 4 stars. Eddie’s Collectibles for me out of a bizarre parking jam. I had been blocked in by an improper park job on Mercyhurst University campus. Eddie’s Collectibles showed up and quickly had the other car moved so I could leave. They were light hearted in moment of stress and it was great!

Just got off the phone with this guy and he had the biggest attitude with me. All I wanted was to get some of my stuff out of it. Then told me you need to get ahold of your insurance. I want to know why can't I go and get my stuff I have my diabetic stuff in it.

I asked tow vehicle driver to take my car to my mechanic he instead took it to his impound lot. Also when he was picking up my car he did extensive damage and said he is not responsible. Also charged me $145 for taking my car to the impound lot and extra $50 to recover my vehicle.

I was in an accident the day before Christmas Eve. I had to go by ambulance to the ER so the police called Eddie’s to tow and store my car.I called the next day asking if I can stop by to pick up some stuff out of my car since my family’s Christmas gifts were in there and was told it would be $150 just to have someone come out and unlock the gate for me to get into my car.I waited until the Monday after Christmas to go clean my car out since I didn’t have the extra $150 to spend on just being able to get into my car.3 car seats were in my car at the time of the accident, I was told by my insurance company to leave the seats in the car for them to evaluate and reimburse for me to buy my kids new car seats. When I left my car Monday the car seats were in there. I locked my car and gave the keys back to the office.Tuesday my insurance company came to tow the car to their tow yard to evaluate and the car seats were GONE!There was no window or door damage to where someone off the street could have gotten into the vehicle and the car was locked so only Eddie’s employees, who had the keys, could have gotten into the vehicle.I called Eddie’s and was told they don’t take things from vehicles. I asked them to check the cameras then because they were in there not even 24 hours ago and was told I’d have to call back after 5 because only the manager can view the camera footage.I called back after 5 and I’m assuming they saved my number because as soon as they answered the phone i got, “Eddie’s collectibles, the manager is not in”My insurance company told me to file a police report since they can’t reimburse me without proof of the car seats.I filed a police report; when the detective/cop went to Eddie’s they supposedly had camera malfunctions for the day in question and had nothing to show for the day the seats would have been taken but had footage from every other day that week...odd.My car ended up totaled and my car seats stolen.I’m really hoping they aren’t reselling those seats without disclosing they were in an accident and endangering the life of 3 other babies. Please be careful buying car seats secondhand.I will never have my car towed or stored by this company again and will not recommend them to others.Service: Car towing

Over-all they do what there suppose to do and I deeply feel they have a contract with epd. All I know is my car got towed and before it it pulled of I locked the doors. Well when picking it up it had been ramshacked you can put it together from there

Not very personable or compassionate with the customer that obviously has just suffered an unexpected expense.
