They refused to let her in the car to retrieve her belongings until she paid for their services (they will be paid by the drunk driver's insurance) which is illegal in all 50 states. We are currently getting the police involved to retrieve her belongings. Lawyers may come soon after.

My 85 year old mother in law was in an accident 4 blocks from Orth’s and they charged her $275 towing, took her title and gave her nothing for her car. Despicable taking advantage of an 85 year old woman who is handicapped! Doesn’t get much lower than that!
