    Office staff was extremely friendly and helpful.I had to wait at the shop for another tow company who canceled on me after waiting over an hour.I asked Orths if they could help me out and tow my vehicle home; not only did they say yes, they did it for $56 less.Thanks for your help!

    My girlfriend's car was hit by a drunk driver and towed to this location. They refused to let her in the car to retrieve her belongings until she paid for their services (they will be paid by the drunk driver's insurance) which is illegal in all 50 states. We are currently getting the police involved to retrieve her belongings. Lawyers may come soon after.

    My 85 year old mother in law was in an accident 4 blocks from Orth’s and they charged her $275 towing, took her title and gave her nothing for her car. Despicable taking advantage of an 85 year old woman who is handicapped! Doesn’t get much lower than that!
