First time visiting a place like this. We looked online to see that they had the model we wanted. I expected a heap of cars, but it was very organized into numbered rows. They printed out a listing of which rows had the Cruz so we didn't have to look in every row.Found two out of three parts for a Chevy Cruze.Cost $3 per person, which was valid for 24 hours. It was very fun to look around. I wouldn't go if it has recently rained -- would be muddy. Wear good shoes because there are small car parts all over the ground. They need to build an elevated viewing box to watch the cars being moved around and crushed and charge admission just for that (to watch from a safe distance). Kids (and young at heart) would love that!

I’ve worked with LKQ for some time and had hoped their warranty would reflect the quality they claim to stand behind. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience. I purchased an engine advertised with a 3-year, unlimited mile warranty. After installation, the engine had low oil pressure and was found to contain metal shavings in the cylinder—clear signs of a manufacturing defect. While LKQ agreed to replace the engine, they only offered $50/hour for labor reimbursement—well below standard shop rates and far from what’s needed to fairly cover the time and expense involved in removing and reinstalling a defective engine. As a business owner who values time and integrity, I expect warranty support to include full coverage for issues caused by manufacturing errors. It’s disappointing that a vendor I’ve trusted is unwilling to fully stand behind their product. I hope LKQ reconsiders how they handle situations like this moving forward, because it’s costing them long-term relationships

William's good to deal with but ordered a transmission agreed on the price gave cc info and then found out it needed welded. Ok not a big deal got a guy in house to do that so I said no problem. 2 days later William tells me the "sales manager" wanted to just weld it themselves and gonna charge me an extra $100. 17 years of doing this I thought to myself agreed price is the price I would never just raise a price on a paying customer without their consent i'm still shocked by it. Deal with William but make sure the price I literally set in stone.

My daughter's hood latch lost its spring and caused the hood to fly open while she was driving, causing extensive damage to the hood. After looking for a replacement for several months and checking Subaru websites for replacement parts for both the hood and latch, which were going to cost over $600, we found out that ABC had the parts we needed. We drove 3 hours to get there. The desk staff and garage workers were extremely helpful and friendly. I don't always get nice service because, yes, I have resting b_tch face, but these people were awesome. We got everything we needed for less than $150. A huge bargain compaired to the replacement parts I found online. I would 100% recommend them if you are looking for parts.

This place has helped me and my friends and family with parts for decades now. Unmatched prices and they back up their sold parts with warranty for a small amount more to the final cost. This is the last week that Abes will have our business. How hard is it to put the trash can back where you found it and standing up? Also, why would you throw it and completely block a sidewalk? Also, I put the can on the other side of a 40 foot driveway, and they drag it all the way across and just throw it wherever they feel like. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I like coming here to clean out my dump box trailer of scrap iron. The people are great.

They are certainly NOT the highest prices paid out for scrap! They pay out $.04/lb for cast iron, steal, etc whether it’s clean or not…don’t bother wasting time cleaning the metal up for better prices, you won’t get it unless you are friends with someone there…they FINALLY started paying a fair price for copper! As long as it’s stripped and sorted perfectly…all aluminum is considered junk aluminum and you will only get the lowest price..the last time I brought some in..cast aluminum and extruded clean unpainted, I got $.25/lb…the scrap yards in Nebraska with the exception of alter in Kearney (they’re awesome!) are prone to discrimination. Wish they’d get their act together before a lawsuit happens. It’s shady they avoid signing up with iScrap too..I question why they’re so against it…

The lady at the window was seriously awful. She yelled at my husband for asking a simple question. We have many more loads and will not be back thanks to her attitude.
