Great team here. Everyone here is very hospitable and would let me know every time I called what was going on with the part. I like that the part was cheaper because of core exchange. First time I've done that and I had a great experience with these guys. Am going to come back.

Called for parts for a 2000 town car . Then google maps will take you on a back trail to get there . scrap yard , not a used auto parts place . Drove there . No inventory list , no help in finding vehicle on lot . No lot row numbers . Was told car was back to the left somewhere and couldnt find the car mentioned , but did find an older one that didn’t help me . … found a different make but all cars sit on the ground and are stacked in.. pull & pay had what I needed and was easy to find though it was 2hrs away .

Ms. Cindy was the lady I spoke with, and a pleasure it was. My fiance and I are 1,000+ miles from home and can't get home bc my car started running hot. They didnt have the part I was looking for exactly, however this lady stayed on the phone and helped me locate someone who could. So A+ to u guys. Thank u for the pleasant customer service during a moment when the car wants to run hot and the owner is ready to panic. Awsome to be reminded that there are till those folks who considerate of rge next. 👍👍👍

Do not trust this place. I recently purchased a dodge charger engine from this place for 2.5 k. Got the engine a few days from Shipping picked it up at their establishment. once I got home to start my project. The oil pan on the engine was cracked ! Looks like they dropped it. It was hidden on a tire they place it on so I could not see it until I wrench the engine up. Next day went in to see if I could get a reimbursement or replacement for the engine part. Owner of the establishment was unwilling to accept his fault for the cracked oil pan. Owner was very unprofessional & had disregards for paying customers ! Please save your money & go else where. This place is a SCAM !

If I could give 0 stars I would. Rude first of all second they give you different prices over the phone than in person so be careful. And third they wanted my ID for less than 20 lbs of copper?!? They clearly have a sign that says only required for more than 2,000 but that’s not their policy. What a joke

Called and they rec'd LKQ New Mexico. Guy who answered told me he didn't like me and became physically present as he listened to me long after the call ended. I had to move to a different area.

it was expensive. I was getting price quotes and when i called him back he jacked up the price $10. I asked him why he did that he said because it was night. it was 630 pm. I felt that was a little under handed. I got towed like 2 miles and it was $75. The was guy was a good driver. he showed up quick. He worked fast. He gave me a ride down the road.

Rodger was awesome he helped me find what was needed and sent me pictures- worker needs to be recognized and rewarded because of him your company looks good.

Good people tell me everything about the car no problems this my second car a buy I will recommend them

I called them about a certain part… within 30 minutes it was on the counter waiting for my grandson!!! Very courteous on the phone…. Will absolutely use them again

They lied to us about out over all payment. Said in text they'd charge us $107 for the weekend storage fee when there closed on the weekend and ended up charging us $189...wouldn't recommend them but if it's thru rpd yr screwed still.

Had a few problems with a couple of the gals that work for at this AUTO ZONE seems like they are in need of some more training. But sometimes it happens i just happened to be in a hurry that particular day and didn't really want to be going back and forth to the parts store to exchange things..but I did and they did so it all worked out.

The staff was really professional, they can speak both English and Spanish. The service is awesome!!! I surely be back again. 😊
