I'm not quite sure where I should begin I know this isn't necessarily a mechanic shop, but it is listed in the amenities and my grandmother fails to go anywhere else. they failed to put the weather striping and had the interior flooded, we asked to have the dome light removed from the headboard and they said it couldn't be taken off and disconnected the lightbulbs and didn't put them back, they drilled multiple holes in the door and put one giant screw in one of the holes to keep the door together i guess?, and put green coolant in a dexcool car. Not to mention the reason I'm making this review is because they've had our car for almost 2 months now and every time we call there's a different excuse, "we had a big job and haven't had the chance to look at it" or "we haven't even looked at it" or "we ordered parts and we'll let you know." I called myself to get a part for my truck and apparently they don't sell "unused parts".

Was recommended from Jiffy Lube, I was having problems with my truck. These guys were quick in taking in my truck and getting the new motor in, unfortunately we keep getting problems with it. It’s been in and out of the shop and the guys still can’t figure out what’s going on. They never give us a clear answer and it feels like we’re going in circles with these guys.

Great place to take your vehicle. They are very knowledgeable and hard at work to make you a happy customer driving away with you fixed vehicle. These guys in would trust any day. And their prices are reasonable.

Needed a passenger side heated a memory mirror for my Ford and they found it and had it shipped to them promptly. Just went to pick it up and they were more than helpful- even carrying the mirror to my car!

I was using a weed whacker and took out a window on a car that was passing my house. I was short on time and wanted to get the problem taken care of for the car owners asap. Rodney at Ace did the research and had a price for the glass and the install for me within 20 minutes. They were willing to take a CC over the phone, so we got everything set up and I didn't even have to drive into ABQ.Ace made the best of a bad situation for me! Super unprofessional people. I didn't know giving secondhand smoke was a thing inside of businesses nowadays, in fact I thought it was illegal. If you expect to get a kind experience from the fellas at the front desk it's hit or miss.

Roger is a fantastic and knowledgeable employee. He not only had what I needed but helped me to replace other parts for my project. The prices were not the highest or the lowest but the knowledgeable staff maked up for it. Sure beat going to autozone, orielly, or Napa, these guys experience and knowledge runs circles around the auto store "salesmen". Thanks again ace and Roger you have made a life time customer.
