Ms. Cindy was the lady I spoke with, and a pleasure it was. My fiance and I are 1,000+ miles from home and can't get home bc my car started running hot. They didnt have the part I was looking for exactly, however this lady stayed on the phone and helped me locate someone who could. So A+ to u guys. Thank u for the pleasant customer service during a moment when the car wants to run hot and the owner is ready to panic. Awsome to be reminded that there are till those folks who considerate of rge next. 👍👍👍

I’ve been on the phone with pretty much every junk yard in abq this morning and 90% had no customer service and were very rude a few of them straight up told me that they don’t have the part befor I even told them anything other said can you hold and Hung up the phone on me but when I call here I had the best customer service I could ever ask for the guy I was on the phone with even went Beyond his job title and helped me look for the part and not only finding the part but got prices for me and was the best help I could of gotten this is now the only place I’ll get my used parts from so happy with there service thank you

I have stored my camper there for some time and didn’t have any problems till a few weeks ago. I went to get camper for the 4th of July. And the door was wide open and full of dirt. The lock had a key broken off in the lock !!!! I smelled like a cat had pissed in camper. The mgr Rick contacted me and said they were not responsible for anything and insinatided that I was lying about it. They say they walk the yard everyday but that can’t be true. The camper was up by front gate so they must not keep eye on customers campers. You make your own call but it’s pretty bad business. Dave tobin

If I could go lower than 1 star I would!!!! This place is as shady has is gets. I would never never recommend this place to take the scrap from my oun yard!!!!
