Just got my vehicle back, from being repaired, they did a terrific job, quick and at a great price. Happy to get parts and mechanic work done, from these wonderful people.

Manager and cashier were very rude. I finally found the hard to get oil for my husband desiel truck oil change. I asked if they honor price match? They said yes, so I went to get my phone out of my vehicle to show them the price match price. When I get back with my phone, then they say no to matching the competition price. So then I proceed to ask well will you honor the military discount to counter the higher price seems they wouldn't honor the price match? I said could you tell me how much it will bring down the price with military discount. She said I need a number for the discount. So I start giving her my husbands number and she corrects me like I don't know my own phone number and changes the area code. I said did I say the Texas area code? The manager mouths off WELL you are in Texas. I said well I'm not from Texas so people from another state can't buy in Texas because they don't have a Texas number. He takes away my oil and told me he's not going to let me buy my oil because I was rude. They were the rude ones by saying they price match and wait until I go to my vehicle to get my phone only to change their mind, then get rude because I correct them that I know my phone number and it does not have a Texas area code. This is a military town but everyone that's stationed here needs to have a Texas area code or you get treated rudely, even by the manager. Don't recommend this store. The auto store down the road from them honors competitor prices. They just lost my business and sale. Waste of my time and had on this store.

My wife was weed eating the yard and a rock broke the rear window on our Tundra. I called every salvage yard in Corpus Christi and they were quoting me Dealer price. So i decided to try Victoria. I called Big State and spoke with Donnie. He told me that he didn't have one in stock but that he could order a new replacement and have it at Big State the next morning. Donnie beat everyone's price and provided 5 star service. I highly recommend Big State Auto Salvage.

Unfortunately, I cannot give this place a Zero. We bought a part for my vehicle on November 25. When we got home, we noticed that the part had been previously taken apart. Giving them the benefit of the doubt we were going to trying to make it work but when we finally got it connected, it didn’t work at all! The very next day November 26 TODAY we went back to return the part. They refused to refund even after telling the man exactly what happened. Also keep in mind on there webpage it has a 30 day standard warranty. Save yourself a headache and go to a different place!!!

Worst experience. Called 1.5 hours ahead. Told me to wait when i got there. When they get to me they get to me, he said. Finally told me as I sat alone inside they didn't have the fender after being told they did , 3 hours before. Went to their competitor and paid half the price they were asking. They really need to update their inventory and take a few classes on customer service.

Tried asking for a part over the phone and before i could ask my next question i got "well thank you". Guy was at least nice enough to hear me out. Im changing my review because I actually went over there and talked to the guy. He's a bit older but he was very nice and actually answered everything I asked. I've bought lots of parts from him before since then and they were actually really good and cheap. Thanks Roy.

I highly recommend this place for your vehicle or business parts Evelyn Luna sales person was very helpful, nice and efficient she got my order ready without any stress. Definitely Evelyn was the best!!

Never answers and if he does he says he will call you back and he won't .then you call him sends you to voicemail!!!

Called asking for differential, wasn’t done asking (I needed the assembly) told to call a junk yard. They don’t sell differential parts there. I thought they were a Part Store based on description.

Their hours aren't true to them actually open. I have gone several times and they weren't open! They lowest prices to actually buy! I would never go back to this place. Plus they never answer their phones.!

Go anywhere but here these people give the bare minimum and unfortunately they'll get over on ya if they know you've no alternative I took two cats to em off an 03 Chevy truck and they gave me a measly fifteen dollars. They'll turn around and sell em for bout hundred bucks each it not more, I called the owner asked if I could have the number to the guy that buys his cats he refused to give it to me kinda shady if you ask ne nit only that they don't ask for any kind of documentation of ownership on the the catalytic converters either that they buy.THAT IN ITS SELF SHOULD BE GROUNDS FOR LICENSE REVOKATION..
