Manager and cashier were very rude. I finally found the hard to get oil for my husband desiel truck oil change. I asked if they honor price match? They said yes, so I went to get my phone out of my vehicle to show them the price match price. When I get back with my phone, then they say no to matching the competition price. So then I proceed to ask well will you honor the military discount to counter the higher price seems they wouldn't honor the price match? I said could you tell me how much it will bring down the price with military discount. She said I need a number for the discount. So I start giving her my husbands number and she corrects me like I don't know my own phone number and changes the area code. I said did I say the Texas area code? The manager mouths off WELL you are in Texas. I said well I'm not from Texas so people from another state can't buy in Texas because they don't have a Texas number. He takes away my oil and told me he's not going to let me buy my oil because I was rude. They were the rude ones by saying they price match and wait until I go to my vehicle to get my phone only to change their mind, then get rude because I correct them that I know my phone number and it does not have a Texas area code. This is a military town but everyone that's stationed here needs to have a Texas area code or you get treated rudely, even by the manager. Don't recommend this store. The auto store down the road from them honors competitor prices. They just lost my business and sale. Waste of my time and had on this store.

Didn't save the part I bought with my phone number and the part didn't last a week. Now they won't replace a lifetime warranty part because I didn't have receipts, which was supposed to be saved to my phone number

They do diagnostic test but not on a smartcar when it was clear they did when I talked to someone saying they do so I took it to auto zone and they got it done no problem at all sorry guys you will not get my business sorry maybe your new but you did not know how to point me in the right direction.

The commercial guys are great. They have very good availability of large truck parts available next day and if they don't have it they will find it.

I usually shop at the other part store (it shall remain o'nameless); but they didn't have what I needed (again), so I found myself pleasantly surprised at Advance. Super clean, well stocked, well merchandised store. Good looking aisles, full shelves and end-caps, good signage and pricing, a lot of attention to detail and it showed the moment you walked in the store. The staff was super helpful, very friendly, and went out of there way to spend 15-20 minutes in the back trying to match up some custom parts. (my jeep is a Frankenstein creation of part jeep, part ford, part gm, part tractor, etc.) Very few "parts" stores still employee "parts guys" most just have cashiers; it sure was nice to deal with someone with some knowledge. I will definitely be back.

They are willing to match the price of their competitors if you are able to show them a proof of the price. They guys here will to help always

Staff is always helpful when I have to inquire about car parts or accessories. If the store doesn't have the item you need, they are always willing to order it for you. The one time I had them order an item for me, they had it within a couple of days. Very speedy!

Seems like they never have the parts I need but Amazon does. The store is nice and clean. Staff members are friendly.

They had what I needed and the sales associates were very kind and helpful.

Had to bring back a water pump with a lifetime warranty on it. I had a new one within minutes! Every time I go in there everyone is very helpful.
