Good place to get parts. The guy who helped me was very helpful

Not exactly thrilled with their service over 20 years of random business with them. Sometimes the guy behind the counter is great. Sometimes he's terrible.

Good prices, good service. Got a GMC rear end for half the price everywhere else quoted. Plus 90 day warranty and inspected it as well. None of the 5 other salvage yards offered that and they charged 400. It was worth the hour n 15 minute drive from Plano. 5 stars!

Called to find a part and was told they probably had it, but didn't have anyone to go out to check becouse some people were on vacation. Very poor customer service. At least take my name and number and act laike your trying.

I called to ask if they had an auto part I am looking for. Some old guy answered and was being really rude. I don’t know much about cars and he was asking me the gear ratio which I had no idea about. He got frustrated and got a attitude because I didn’t know the gear ratio on the car. If you don’t have the patience to explain something to a customer then don’t work there old man.

I truly wish that I could give 0 stars. The Owner and employee that I spoke with are both very unprofessional and scammers. Buyer’s beware! We had a motor purchased thru here $1300 and they make it sound good when you are handing them your hard earned money with a 90 day warranty. I understand this is a used part therefore you rely on the warranty. However when it was installed at a shop, it was junk and never got up to operating temp, however when you call them and tell them that they immediately jump to some junk seal that they say melts if it over heats and say that they place them there themselves mind you the motor doesn’t run it doesn’t work it could not have possibly even ran long enough to get hot and it was hooked up to not one but 2 thermometers that never had a chance to get warm. So they say they won’t trade out for a different motor nor refund the money. Mind you I have contacted an attorney about the matter to get it resolved but a customer should not have to go thru all of this because a company like this wants to take advantage of their customers. Very unprofessional service.

This salvage yard is busy and they have a lot of parts

I was not able to buy an engine that I inquired about because I waited too long to purchase it. However, these guys were very friendly, honest, and willing to help any way they could. Good Attitudes and Fair Prices!

Really nice people that runs the place

the guy I worked with at the counter was very knowledgeable very friendly and very reasonable in price. When I got there the part was waiting the guy in the back was very helpful with a forklift to help me load. I will use these people in the future for sure.
