Just like all the rest of their locations. The prices have more than tripled. The parts are not even prestine. They're pricing items like the dealer now days. The entry fee has gone up as well. I have left many items at the counter when they ring it up and tell you the price. Even the employee at the counter is surprised when they scan it. I just put it to the side and get the Hell out of there as quick as I can. Will be looking for the independent yard from now on.

I was having trouble getting rid of my car that had a lien sale still on it. They came and picked it up quick. My mom really liked their service and was grateful for their help.

Good place to get rid of garbage. Min price 30 dollars for pickup truck. Pretty reasonable. Fast in and outt. Service satisfactory.

Spoke with Jose, this man was incredibly rude. He literally hung up on me as I was asking a simple concise question. This place is not a place you want to buy from. Untrained staff means the products coming from this place are also a liability. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

I called this place looking for an engine. They gave me the price for an engine with low mileage.I then asked if they had anything cheaper even if it had more miles. The lady that answered the phone said well how much are you wanting to spend. I said a number and she said something rude and just hung up the phone. The old lady literally asked how much i was willing to spend and then when i said the number she cussed me out and hung up. What a pathetic excuse for customer service. Especially because the price she gave me was close to the price i asked. I wasn't even trying to tell her what she should sell me an engine for, she asked how much i can spend and i said it and she got mad. They really should invest in someone who actually cares about their customers. I was even going to buy the engine she offered for the original price but because she was so rude i will take my business elsewhere.

We called yesterday and confirm to pick up part from different wrecking Yard so we drive from San Diego to ours to get the part and when I got to that reckon yard the person he took all my information and then he said I'm sorry we don't have the part and then I called my shop and they told me go to right away right away to get your glass so it was not too far from there and I went to office ask a lady her name Diane she was very cool and it was so amazing that the employee he went inside and got me the whole vehicle lifted and bring it to me and he said this is the one that said yes he started work on it it's really really great I am so happy they deserve five stars absolutely and the lady she was wonderful too I would recommend this place to everyone who I know if he wants part from this area

Andrew has made this experience incredibly easy . I totaled my car and it wasn’t an easy pick up , as it’s no longer running and they made the process painless. He was kind , professional and kept me updated through the whole process. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking to sell a car .

Got a used visor with electric cord last week, liked their service, (they remove the part for you), quick service, very reasonable pricing. If they don’t have it in field they will try to order it from another location. I ordered two more used parts that they didn’t have at the onsite field today, supposed to arrive in a couple of days.

We are an Auto Repair Shop in North Florida and ordered a used Wiring Harness for a 2007 Cadillac Escalade EXT. It was a very hard part to find (Cadillac stopped making it and there was no aftermarket part) but we found it at Rex Used Auto Parts in Gardena, CA. We are VERY happy with the part and especially the OUTSTANDING customer service they provided. Their rep went above and beyond with his customer service from taking multiple pictures to dropping the package off himself on his way home. This type of service is unheard of when dealing with used parts providers, it was even better service than what Cadillac would have provided.
