Unprofessional blue hard hat manager at this location. Would absolutely not shop at this location anymore. Guy has a short temper, easily has his ego hurt when you call him out on being snobby, he’ll try to take your receipt threaten to refund the item you already paid for without your consent because his ego was hurt. In the end I still left with the transmission, refunded me my warranty and just wasted my time going back and forth at the exit. This place needs new management. Never had a bad experience at any other LKQ locations, I would recommend skipping this location to avoid issues. Even the employees were saying this guy isn’t a good team leader. 07/19/25 Remember don’t judge a book by its cover.

I was having trouble getting rid of my car that had a lien sale still on it. They came and picked it up quick. My mom really liked their service and was grateful for their help.

Good place to get rid of garbage. Min price 30 dollars for pickup truck. Pretty reasonable. Fast in and outt. Service satisfactory.

Spoke with Jose, this man was incredibly rude. He literally hung up on me as I was asking a simple concise question. This place is not a place you want to buy from. Untrained staff means the products coming from this place are also a liability. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

We called yesterday and confirm to pick up part from different wrecking Yard so we drive from San Diego to ours to get the part and when I got to that reckon yard the person he took all my information and then he said I'm sorry we don't have the part and then I called my shop and they told me go to right away right away to get your glass so it was not too far from there and I went to office ask a lady her name Diane she was very cool and it was so amazing that the employee he went inside and got me the whole vehicle lifted and bring it to me and he said this is the one that said yes he started work on it it's really really great I am so happy they deserve five stars absolutely and the lady she was wonderful too I would recommend this place to everyone who I know if he wants part from this area

Got a used visor with electric cord last week, liked their service, (they remove the part for you), quick service, very reasonable pricing. If they don’t have it in field they will try to order it from another location. I ordered two more used parts that they didn’t have at the onsite field today, supposed to arrive in a couple of days.

A nice junk yard with fair prices. They do charge $4 to get in. Check your inventory before you go. There are a bunch of add-on fees, though. But it's still cheaper than many other junk yards.

Bought a part for my Tesla off of ebay. Could never pick it up from him. I drove for 3 hours one way and arrived before he closed at 5pm. When I noticed the shop was closed, I called him and he mentioned he "left early."

We are an Auto Repair Shop in North Florida and ordered a used Wiring Harness for a 2007 Cadillac Escalade EXT. It was a very hard part to find (Cadillac stopped making it and there was no aftermarket part) but we found it at Rex Used Auto Parts in Gardena, CA. We are VERY happy with the part and especially the OUTSTANDING customer service they provided. Their rep went above and beyond with his customer service from taking multiple pictures to dropping the package off himself on his way home. This type of service is unheard of when dealing with used parts providers, it was even better service than what Cadillac would have provided. Im not sure how to even start to explain the un-professionalism of the workers here i didn't get a name so i wont say its all of them but they need someone more experienced I've never had a call like that in my life. I called asking for a quote to sell a bmw i have and they gave me a number to send pictures to so i do as asked, but the weirdness comes next. My vehicle is a bit older and i wanted to explain to the boss who they explained calls the final say on how much to give for any vehicle a run down on how it is exactly and how it runs but they kept running around the question if he can reach out to him and give him my info to reach out to me to speak to him and all he kept saying is "i can but it wont speed things up or anything" and started trying to explain how Its the same talking to him when he specifically already said someone else called final say then kept running around the question until he just decided to say we do not want your vehicle anymore or business and i calmly and politely said ok but i would recommend taking your business anywhere else but here.! This was the first place i have ever ran into a employee that made it so complicated for me to speak to someone in charge at work place they just work for when they clearly stated someone else makes the final call and then deny me service and hang up.
