On 3/17/25 I Experienced a traumatic life altering vehicle accident resulting in my car being totaled (rolled 3 to 4 times landing in a ditch). I was treated at my nearest Naval hospital where I received top care. While being treated my vehicle was towed to the local tow yard until my insurance company had it towed to Copart 1203 S. Rancho Ave Colton CA (San Bernardino) 3/25/25. I went to gather my belongings from my vehicle and noticed that my car had been clean out and items placed in two white trash bags located inside the car in the back passenger floor area (took photos of car for memories of my accident not knowing that it would capture proof of what my car looked like when I arrived to gather my belongings). I did not have my key to open the trunk of my car to gather my property (someone had removed the fuse so no power source to the car) and was instructed to call my insurer for athurazation to allow Copart staff to open the trunk for me. I gathered my belongings from the truck and proceeded home believing that all my things were inside the two trash bags and the containers inside the trunk. I arrived home, unpacked my items and notice valuable items were stolen (my credit cards, medical/survival kit, jackets, and medications to name a few) I am a mental health crisis responder and to have my equipment stolen hurts and puts a strain on me having to replace my things. I became upset with myself for not reviewing the content inside the trash bag and questioning them about who cleaned out my vehicle (my mental state was not clear due to me seeing my vehicle post car crash which was overwhelming for me at the time). I went to yelp and read some of the other customers review and learned that an overwhelming amount of customer have experienced similar theft. I am writing this review in hopes of preventing others from suffering additional pain of having this company steal what you have left after your crash/traumatic event. If at all possible have your loved ones remove all items prior to the towing of your vehicle.

Called 9 places to find a transmission they were the only place that had one for my Honda. The price was reasonable, The front desk guy did not have info on mileage an said the transmission was tested ended being a bad transmission. The exchange process could of been more clear about how to handle but they got me right. I took it back Jacob was great he found me a rebuilt one it was put in an I was very satisfied he was very informational an approachable even the young lady that helped me I got my core an I would recommend them to my people.

Terrible experience at Norco Truck & Auto Parts. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly rude, making me feel completely unwelcome. They have zero customer service skills, and every question I asked was met with a nasty attitude. It felt like they were annoyed that I even needed help. I can’t believe how disrespectful they were. This place is a joke, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Don’t waste your time here.

This place is a great place to get your auto parts for Honda and Toyota. There has been times where i don't make it on time to pick up my parts and they have waited for me to get there. They also deliver parts to you when I don't have time to pick it up. They have great customer service, they give you that warm welcome like you're family to them. Honestly they take care of you.

This entire transaction was easy as I could have hoped for. All of the people were incredibly polite,courteous and helpful. The best part is they got me $100 more than pick and pull offered me.

This was a terrible experience. We had a small pile to be hauled that was scheduled for Friday at 10:00 am. He texted and hour and a half earlier Friday morning and rescheduled to the next day (Saturday) at 10:00 am which was fine and no problem even though we had an extremely busy weekend planned. We scheduled our day around Larry coming but he pulled a no show. No call. No text. No response to my calls or texts. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Please people…don’t waste other people’s time. Communication is simple and easy.

I called to ask for specific parts, i was told that they were there, drove 3 hours to the junkyard to find out that there wasn't anything there and they wasted my time

A good company for the assistance of selling your car. My car became junk and immobile at a local Firestone dealership and reached out to a few other junkyards. This company gave the best price with their free towing included. Took care of me within 2 days. Be patient but be on top of the time and meeting; due to lack of tow workers, wait time can be frustrating. Other than that see the quote they can provide for your vehicle.

I had a situation. I called a well known place to sell my car to a junkyard, That place quoted a certain number and as the driver recited the number on the check to be issued, it was short 80 dollars. I called Pepe's Auto Wreckers, they were awesome. They topped off the other place's price. Pepe's was fast efficient and respectable. They won my respect.
