    Was just there few minutes ago, Reviews really helped me understand the way they function and by the looks of it they are shady. Wished I woulda read reviews at home before making the trip. All those App reviews Copart needs to listen to it's customers. Make an appointment to look at cars really?

    copart Colton (San Bernadino). This is a comment on the bathroom for buyers (BUYERS OR COPART MEMBERS), drivers, and insurance clients who come to bring personal belongings after an accident. Having bathrooms this dirty even goes against health, it is not healthy for anyone to enter bathrooms which are in a deplorable state and can even cause illnesses, copart should have clean and acceptable bathrooms within the standards of the health department . But this is the reality.

    We get salvage cars on line, you can get great deals on late model vehicles , we made our appointment on the app, so you don’t have to worry about making lines, The customer service is great

    Very slow people work there. They don’t know how to work, they are boors. Lawrence a general manager doesn’t like his customers, impudent.

    If you are looking for warm and friendly services, you may not find it here, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. Their approach is transactional, with a proficient and professional system in place. Overall, it was a positive experience.

    Only person waiting in line to get personal items from my vehicle and the wait is 50+ minutes, I know this is a pretty shady junkyard due to the other reviews but my goodness I just need to grab 6 things and be on my way to work. I don’t even think you need to graduate highschool to work in this facility hands down worst experience

    Pick up my personal items: Fast, professional, big place, I had sandals and I couldn't go in so they brought the car in like 7 minutes, in my time was fast, I guess it helps that I call earlier to be ready, It helps. my first time to be in this place 😉

    Had an accident. These lowlifes towed my vehicle to their lot for a month and returned it later on with no license plates and a bunch of trash that they left behind. What a joke get it together. If you can’t tow a truck get a new job

    Terrible experience, staff is off in their own world without any recognition to it's customers. Had a few simple questions I needed answered and 6 staff members just sat at their desk, oblivious. When one finally responded after I had to ask for help, she acted like she was extremely bothered i even asked a question. I was simply asking what i should do next since nothing was explained to me. Go absolutely anywhere else besides this place.

    If only 0 stars was available... useless management who couldn't care less customer service or business ethics. Selling cars with damage that is not declared which is part of coparts pledge to show "general condition" But clearly you've signed a stupid agreement that relieves copart of any wrong doing regardless of state consumer laws state. Someone needs to take these guys to court for not meeting state consumer laws so copart stops ripping its buyers off. If you have the choice, go with IAA, who atleast admit fault when required and will attempt to resolve issues.

    Was just here a few minutes ago picking up up vehicle after it was declared a total loss over a bad door. They STOLE my door speakers RIPPED my tweets out and tried to cover it, tried to STEAL my amp from under my seat, and BROKE both my door panels from when they stole STOLE the speakers. They also left a bunch of trash in the bed. Overall bad place. Left us standing around and waiting inside.

    If I could give it a one star rating I would. They’ve recently made a new app you need to install in order to make an appointment to pick up a car. You can only make appointments through the app and you need to be within a few miles of the location in order to make the appointment or the app doesn’t work. Appointments end before 4pm because they only take 125 cars out per day. If you pay for a car they will immediately start charging you storage fees as soon as you pay for it if you have made an appointment prior to paying for it.

    I had the best experience ever! Vanessa was so efficient!!! Professional staff and great customer service. Losing my car to a T- Boned car accident was so devastating. I can appreciate kindness. Thanks once again Vanessa, this world is a better place because your in it.

    Do not buy from here if I could leave a 0 star review I would. You can’t pick up or pay for a car after 4 but the website says 5. You have to make an appointment to take your car out and now apparently you need an app. The app is completely unnecessary the guy on the forklift has 0 contact with anyone. You have to be in the area to make the appointment so you have to drive all the way over there to make an appointment and wait till another day to pick up your car. This is a complete waste of time and if there’s no more space then you will be charged storage fees because of the app they wanna use? I’m being charged 30 everyday because of their rules and because of the ridiculous times they have. This is a huge waste of time and money. The employees are rude and unprofessional.

    Terrible customer service! If the rep knows a certain customer they will automatically start waiting on that customer and then stop waiting on the current customer that was already here.

    Had to get my personal belongings from my totalled car. Customer service was very professional and very courteous. I was able to be in and out with my things in 30-45 min including 10 min wait time. Will visit again if need be.

    Sold a car 6 months ago to this place and they are trying to tell me I didn’t have the Reg 262 sent to the yard when I already did all of that with the DMV. Now they are threatening me with abandonment even though I’m not liable at all. Don’t Ever Sell or buy a car from here. I’m going to file a report with the better business bureau.

    My car was taken here to be assessed by my USAA investigator. They took out all of the items that were inside my care and placed it in the trunk. This would have been OK, but my trunk was involved in the accident and doesn't close properly, so when it rained all of my items were soaked. They also ripped one of my children seat covers rather than detaching it before trying to pull it from the car. The front desk workers were very nice and polite, they brought the car up to the front for me to remove my items from the vehicle.

    I should rate you negative 5 stars People inside doing nothing and then she tells you you have to join the virtual queue...that virtual queue doesnt move, no updates and nothing. This virtual queue of yours notified me thats its 23 mins wait time I am passed that time and still didnt receive the msg

    Horrible customer service. Been dealing with Copart for years and this has got to be one of the worst. $953 in fees and storage costs and a call to verify information on the vehicle purchased was answered by a young lady who didn’t understand my question after repeatedly asking And then putting me on hold. Finally to come back to the phone and said she couldn’t help and hung up on me before I could reply. Another example of how big Copart has grown, and how they don’t need you, you need them.

    My car was towed to this lot after an accident. When I came to recover my possessions, my work ID, credit cards, car garage opener and registration papers were missing. They threw everything else in the car into the trunk. Few days later someone tried to use my credit cards. I had to change my my garage door code since they had my garage door opener. Their employees steal whatever they can and try to get get away with it. Of course when you tell them about the situation they say their employees dont steal..

    They were only letting 2 people in to view vehicles at a time today. We had to wait over an hour just to get on the lot. I swear they don't want anyone viewing or purchasing their vehicles. They said it was because the lot was so crowded, however it seemed the same as every time I've been there =/ you'd think they'd want more people checking out there cars! Many people left that were behind us in line cuz it took the two they let in before us so long then we still had to go... rediculous.

    90% of the time no one is busy but refuses to attend you because they’re lazy and say you need an appointment with their dumb app. All the staff are rude and disrespectful. You have to wait HOURS to pay for your vehicle.

    My 2018 Toyota Camry was a total loss and I went in to pick up my belongings and someone stole my headphones. They were $300 Beats headphones that were clearly in the pictures my insurance took at their yard. I keep trying to get Copart to handle the situation, but they keep blowing me off. USAA is escalating the situation and I hope they do right and pull the contract. They also tried to steal my portable speaker that was in my trunk, they moved it to my passenger seat where they could easily take it. They also tried to hide my cords under the mat to steal. If you have a car here, better make sure you have all your belongings when you leave. Shady place to say the least!

    I cannot even begin to express how helpful and nice the staff is. Abel in the yard was very patient while we stood looking at our car and was very helpful. In this awful time for us we sure appreciate things being this easy.

    🛑 COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY UPSET🛑 COMPLAINT!! I bought my car from copart via a broker 6/9/19 in amount of 1,173.00 usd on 6/17/19 I called copart along with my broker on the line asking about when my title would be sent out the Representative said Monday that same day...So today I had my broker follow up to find out Copart mailed my car Title to the WRONG PERSON how does that happen? I called copart and they have no reason at all. The representative then tells me they are going to overnight a return label to who they sent my title to and wait for it to come back then send the correct title out to my broker...and that was my last straw with copart being a bought a run and drive car and the day I picked it up no one could get it to start not even the smartest person they had around ha! Never again will I buy from copart and I highly DEMAND my paperwork be overnighted. What a joke oh and the lady who sent it out needs to be fired I wished I got her name.

    Complete waste of time n all Im trying to do is get a quote. Called 4 times and wasted an hour of my time.. Soon as costumer service answers, they transfer u to another department (all 4 times I called they asked different questions) then they transfer u to "another department" which pretty much is BS. It automaticly ends the call. I WOULD ADVISE COPART COMPANY TO PROPERLY TRAIN THEYRE COSTUMER SERVICE DEP. ON BASIC PHONE SKILLS. OR CHECK ON THERE SYSTEM AND ACTIVATED PHONE NUMBERS OF EACH DEPARTMENT.

    Public members be aware that the management of this lot does not allow public members to enter the lot for inspections. They refer to some new rules that became effective just last week. I had no such issues at Los Angeles and Van Nuys lots, it makes me believe that they don't know what they are talking about or each copart location has its own set of rules, go figure.
