    I lost a bolt for my shock I called John up he said come on down I got a drawer full he gave it to me for free. He also gave me advice on an oil leak for my Escalade on how to fix it, thanks John you're the man!

    Good customer service is extremely important when running a business, and I must say that yours sucks! Guy who answered the phone obviously doesn't care about the survival of this company. He was rude, and should not be dealing with customers.
