Only reason I'm leaving a 1 star review is because my wife said Nova was very nice and professional, but the rest of our experience was horrific. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY! They do not care about your time, situation, or money. My wife ordered an essential part, had it shipped to the springdale location when asked Fayetteville or springdale for shipping. She drove to Springdale with enough gas to make it home, and they told us they had NO order for us. We ordered it from the springdale location, to the springdale location. Nova wasn't working, but the man told my wife he would figure it out, and never called her or notified her. My wife had to call around all the other locations, and do YOUR jobs, to find her part you guys screwed up. I hope you go out of business, idiots.

The staff was very friendly. The salvage yard itself is very organized with clear paths to walk to the car/truck that you need parts from. Prices are reasonable as well. Would definitely recommend this place for affordable used parts to anyone!!!!

One of the nicest recycling facilities in the area. Very easy to access with even the largest of trucks and trailers. Employees are very helpful and willing to help you get the most of your metals. The computer system used there documents your weight, type of metal, price price per pound, and is given to you When you collect payment. This makes it easy to keep your records I order. I do suggest that if you have lots of unorganized/ unsorted metals and you want assistance from the staff sorting to go when they are not busy.

Vehicle was towed after State Police traffic stop merely 1/4 mile from their yard, there to pay and get my vehiclf within 12 hours, and the ticket was $193.00... I felt totally violated. Otherwise it was a smooth experience. Paid, went to their yard, got my vehicle very quickly.

After my wreck I was able to come get my things out of my vehicle without a problem. Everyone was friendly.

convenient location and a very clean operation both in front and in the yard. Gravel yard is mostly flat and very walkable with well marked to help find what you nee quickly. Good selection of cars and rotated well to keep fresh inventory available every time I have been there.

Great prices and the staff actually seem to care about helping you. They go above and beyond to provide info without even asking them. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a good deal on used parts.

One thing for sure, there are the only scrap yard open on Saturday around Little Rock and that's a plus. They don't pay quite as much as Tenenbaum, but they are open later. The staff is friendly, and they have several different scales to keep people moving. One thing, if you're going to show up on Saturday and make sure you get there early. I've got pictures of the line waiting to get in. I had a good experience at ABC Salvage.

They are a good place to stop at. they sell fuel, cars, bikes, parts, campers and all kinds of odds and ins, and they even have a 24 hour tow service. I hit a 7 point buck and they were the ones who towed and stored my car and fixed the front end .

Super professional people here. They helped me get a transmission that no one else had anywhere near my area. I had to drive 4 hours to get here, but it was worth it. This place has honest and hard working people working here, and I wish I could say that about every place. The guy with all the McDonald's Happy meal toys in the window at the front desk made my daughter's day by talking to her, and she talked his head off. Thank you guys!

The first time i went i needed a good price for my dead car. They took the risk and hard work. Very much appreciated The second time, they gave me a good price on tires, and the guy dropped down when i tried to figure out why a lady said twenty and he said okay he needs to get rid of it and the price is ridiculous for that tire. Thanks guys. The staff is great.

Took a friend here so he could cash in some scrap copper. It was the type that was pure copper wire (a mix of some 00 gauge braided and 12-16 gauge solid) but had the insulation burned off and therefore was gray in color (carbon/copper oxides). It felt about like 35 lbs to me and he got $102 for it as of Sep 3, 2024. We went about 11 am and, unlike the previous times I've been there there was only one person in the drive-through and it only took him maybe 10 mins to cash in his ticket. So, the whole process took maybe 20 mins tops. Often, however, there IS a line, especially at the ticket cashing window and you can easily spend an hour or more here. The employees are kinda hit and miss. Most of the time they're nice, respectful and cordial but on occasion they're rude, disrespectful and impatient. Those are the reasons for 4⭐ instead of 5. Like another reviewer said I think some of them assume people coming here are thieves or just trying to get booze/drug money. And let's be real, many if not most are. But you should still treat each person with a certain level of decency and respect regardless of what you think their "lifestyle" is. We don't necessarily know what led each person into a particular way of life and really, if you believe in a purely deterministic universe, free will doesn't exist anyway ;) Hell, even if you believe in an omnipotent creator you still must concede that some cases of poor lifestyle choices are not the fault of the chooser. Bet you never expected to get this deep into philosophy on Google Reviews, did you? P. S. It did smell like ozone in the recycling area even with large openings to the outside air. Definitely more than in the outside ambient air. It's probably from the large electric motors in there and can't be great for the employees over long periods of time. Might be time to change those brushes (but these are probably 3-phase motors without brushes) or use better ventilation. Just trying to help...

I was just calling around looking for seats, and out of every other scrapyard around here. She was the only one that was respectful. An said have a nice day you get 5stars 😂

Woman at gate was just rude not really helpful at all wrote some stuff on peace of paper and we just looked around our self waste of time really
