Went there for a replacement a/c controller and they actually had multiple to make sure that I didn't leave with one that wasn't working. With the same kinda atmosphere that most auto salvage places have, it makes it very clear that they go through many parts and are fairly busy so you know their services are recognized and continue to have business even when they are a little outside of town.

When I talked to them, I told them I was asking $200 for my vehicle. They said that was fair, but since they had to pick it up, it would be $150 to which I agreed. The tow truck shows up and gives me $100, when I had questioned the office on the other $50 they said they would have to take my car (with the title, mind you) to look at it before they could give me the $50. None of this was discussed prior. I just got an offer from someone else for $260 AND they’d pick it up. Take your business elsewhere.

Pickup a 2008 Tacoma hood from this company and it was in great shape. They had a fair price and friendly service people. I worked with Junior.

I went there for two cylinder heads, and they were fairly priced. The employees even loaded the heads for me. Everybody was friendly, and I would shop there again.

I was driving on I -35 north today in the slow lane and their tow truck was tailgating me. After a couple of miles, I watched the driver switch to a different lane and tailgate that car. Bad driver that will eventually cause a wreck. Sir, you replied that you reviewed the footage, so you clearly do not know which car you were tailgating. I had my cruise control set At 68 mph.

The mud is horrible. Thank God someone helped us get unstuck.

Waited at the place they chose to look at my car for them to purchase it and no one ever showed up. After almost an hour i left. No answer on the phone or text or call back. Wasted my time

Tried to charge me new prices for used parts, questioned them about it, told them I can buy it new from LMC for what they are charging, thet did not try to work with me. I won't be going back

Westside recycling is very well organized and the staff are all super friendly and go out of there way to help with any question you have and unloading your vehicle. Westside pays top dollar for recyclables I would recommend Westside recycling to everybody!!!

I always wanted to check this salvage yard out for parts. I went in the first time with no tools because I wanted to get the layout of the yard. The girl at the desk was very pleasant and I gave her my admission fee and she was very helpful and gave me a map since it was my first time. In the yard and I will be back to get the pars. All the employees were very pleasant and the maps simplified things once I got used to how their Arrangement was in the yard. I even found a used tire on their tire rack for my van. The girl with the desk didn't know how to ring the the used tires so she got her boss and he was a very helpful and nice man too in all very pleasant experience. I believe the manager's name was Dennis. This was on a Sunday afternoon and all the employees were very pleasant and helpful. I don't understand the negative reviews. I will be back for some parts. Very positive experience👍😃!

Customer service is out the door. Zero respect for drivers picking cars. Zero respect for customers time. All in all garbage customer service.

Don't bother at this place. Who ever the lady is that answers the phone, I believe her name is Crystal, SHE NEEDS TO STAY HOME. She is such a horrible person. My company has been calling for 1 week about a wheel, . I have certain words I would like to use to describe this person, but I will keep it clean. Now after waiting 7 days she finally tells us the car is crushed.

They never know what part they're supposed to be ringing you up for, I got way overcharged for a piece of interior trim because the guy working the register rang it up as a gauge cluster. The employees are also very rude and will try to screw you over by ringing you up for entirely different parts than what you actually want to purchase. Super disappointed as I used to love picknpull.

I took my scrap metal here and these guys were awesome they were funny and talkative even told me about the races in the area will definitely be doing business here again
