My son's negative experience was handled by Dept of Rev, dealer division. Took a while, but it finally was completed. As for unprofessionalism, cursing, awful customer svc, pretty much throughout the company except the young lady in the office, Kayla.On a separate day, my daughter noticed a tow truck in a qt parking lot, driver has a maroon suv on the truck. Driver got out, rummaged through the truck, took out tool box and placed it in the tow truck storage. Coincidentally, it was a JGS truck.....

I had my car towed by this company and the MANAGER was very rude when I called. They don’t try to help acomdate anything at all and ‘very’ unprofessional. If you don’t like people don’t work in a job where you have to deal with everyday. I’m very pissed with this place

I would recommend, same day pick up. 4 stars just because I felt my car was worth more.

They are the worst people that cuss over the phone. very unprofessional. i understand u need t support all ur lil bastards but im sure there is a better way to do it then cussing and screaming while on the phone. you all are trash! :)
