I don’t give reviews often but the service I received from Dominic from Holbrook Auto in Ypsilanti MI was top notch. He helped me find the part I needed and met me near my house so I didn’t have to drive far. He went over and above the normal duties of service. I would highly recommend him and Holbrook as a company! Outstanding service and personable treatment is the key to success. Good job RG !!!!

Home town customer service at it's finest!! Rich and his staff always go above and beyond. I feel like I am treated like family. I have been doing business with Rich for decades and I love singing his praises. In all the years I have always been extremely happy with the products and service. Most of all it's the customer service though, they truly care about you and not just your money. They are honest and fair priced and very accommodating. I needed a black rear door for my 2015 Toyota Highlander and a quick internet search showed that the only black door within 50 miles was at Ernies, and it was rated in excellent condition. Headed over to Ernie’s the next day where I met Bill, a really nice guy. The office is clean, calm and well organized. Bill was very pleasant and he confirmed on his computer that the door was still available, but it was in Ohio. No problem, it could be shuttled to Michigan the next day. I agreed to buy the door, paid a deposit and picked it up the next day when it arrived as promised. Bill had us carefully examine the door before we made the final payment (it was in beautiful shape), then loaded it in my vehicle. I left the office a very happy customer. I highly recommend Ernie’s if you need auto parts.

This place has improved significantly in the last couple years. Chris runs the floor and he clearly takes it seriously, and is very patient and friendly. They scrape the lot, which makes a big difference, and they have more machines than they used to which makes unloading faster. Prices comparable to other yards in the area.

The best place for parts in town. Usually the lowest prices and usually have the parts you need in stock, even uncommon parts no one else keeps in stock. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I'm online trying to find a part and there is no option for vehicle make/model or part you need. Todd and the crew are great, they are helpful, knowledgeable and offer helpful tips to aide in your repairs. Fortunately I haven't been in for parts in awhile, but unfortunately I need to now and I'm unable to check the availability and price online so I'll have to stop in. The website could be down for updates or something? Maybe it's not user friendly? But I recommend you give them a call and compare the price, quality, and warranty on your next project? You might be surprised and you won't find friendlier service anywhere in town than you will there. Before the web this store would have gotten A++ rating, it is Worthy of 5+ stars.. You'll agree if you give them a call ...

Great place!! I had an awesome experience when I called and spoke with Mike. I spoke with Mike who was a very pleasant humble man with a beautiful spirit. . He was very attentive of my needs and immediately went into action to have my car towed. Mike sent Leroy to meet me to have my car towed. Leroy was a very patient pleasant and compassionate man and was ready to assist me with my vehicle. I will definitely use them again and refer them to anyone looking for tows, parts, etc. Thanks Westgate!!!

They have a wide variety of good quality parts. Parts are easy to locate. Customer appreciation days are always fun with hot dogs and pop on the menu! The yard operators are courteous and safety conscious.

Fantastic staff. Parts directory listed on their website. Was looking for a specific part, and they were able to locate it with ease. Had the part pulled and ready to pick up fairly quickly.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. If they have what you need, they'll try their best to get it for you, and if it turns out they don't, then they're not shy about refunds. I needed a spare tire for my car before a road trip and the gentleman on the phone gave me some really good advice about getting a full size spare instead of a donut. 10/10 will come here again for all my junkyard needs. A nice set of used steel wheels is coming up next

Found the exact parts I needed online for my Buick Encore, even the same paint code. Called Josh and he was extremely helpful, they even did a special cut for a rear body panel. I was driving from 6 hours away and he offered to meet me on a Saturday, when they are normally closed. Prices were good and service was excellent. Thanks Josh!!!
