My insurance[Progressive] wanted me towed to the nearest place, which they said was Walmart Okemos. We got there and they only do tire or battery replacement, no mechanic stuff. Walmart suggested Tuffy on Grand River as the closest mechanic and the tow driver called his boss to see if it was okay to tow me there. They said yes, and I was so grateful. I was also really grateful that I could ride with the driver when my car was towed. The first company the insurance called sent a text saying I couldn't ride with the driver [on a stormy day out near old M78] before they cancelled the job. So it was the best thing when Northside came to tow me. I wish I could remember the driver's name becuase he was awesome, and we were talking about work during the pandemic, and he told me about how cool his boss and Northside is to their employees. I don't recommend Tuffy [they won't let you stay in their waiting room to wait for a ride or in your car while it sits in the lot]. But I super highly recommend Northside. They were the only nice people out of that whole incident with my car. Best customer service I've had in years. Thank you.Service: Car towing

They work efficient but thee older man towed my red ford 150 in my fiancees moms driveway and they parked it in the grass just a few inches in the neighbors yard its ok though me and my faincee appreciate your business always

Vehicle broke down. Needed be towed 12 miles to the Ford dealership in St John's. $9 a mile for towing seems pricey. Driver got there very timely, very courteous, very professional man.
