Home town customer service at it's finest!! Rich and his staff always go above and beyond. I feel like I am treated like family. I have been doing business with Rich for decades and I love singing his praises. In all the years I have always been extremely happy with the products and service. Most of all it's the customer service though, they truly care about you and not just your money. They are honest and fair priced and very accommodating. Great customer service, polite and courteous at the front desk. I believe I got a great price to get all new 4 tires for my vehicle. I made an appointment for the morning, I arrived and they started on changing my tires quickly. After changing my 4 new tires that were a great price,they gave my vehicle an alignment. They alignment was done quickly as well. They test drove it, came back I paid my bill and went on my way. I drove the car down 21 to test the alignment and I was pleased. I will be stopping here for future repairs on my vehicle. Which will be very soon. Thanks you very much. I appreciate the curtousy, the quality, and overall service.
