Total failure of intelligence on all parts with this company. In the last 3 years they have missed 15-25 service dates all still while charging me. Had enough and just decided to deal with my trash a different way. If your stuck using them just expect them to miss dates and charge you for them then act like they've never missed a service date. I'm now having to take this company to small claims court for compensation.Service: Junk removal

I do not recommend this recycler at all. Don't come unless you want to receive less than half of what it is worth. The girl at the cashier serves extremely poorly.

Warning: They no longer accept CRV as of this post. Tried to recycle today (6/15/2018) and was politely turned away. Went there less than 4 months ago, I'm not sure when this policy was changed.

I have bought 3 great vehicles from Gary. Great guy. one of those that I bought for my wife 10 yrs ago is still going strong. she will not let it go. there is good karma in anything that you get from there.

This Place is like the Disneyland for your car. What I wouldof spent hundreds on only came out to a better and more reasonable price. Forever coming to this place if I have problems with my car and forever recommending anyone with a ford car to come to this spot if they have troubles with their cars. A++ #SavedMe!!!

They were very nice on the phone. I needed a car that I lost the title on off the property because I am moving out of this apartment and couldn't leave the car here. They were here within 20 minutes and the whole process was over in less than 30 minutes,

Terrible service! I called at 4pm on a Wednesday and they gave me a quote for something they "had available". 10am on Thursday, they tell me they wont sell it to me because I'm not a shop/they already sold it. He wasnt making sense when I said I was going to come pick it up. Said to have the shop call them and he hung up on me. F@#$ this place, I had everything lined up ready to go and they screwed me last minute.

VERY DANGEROUS YARD. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.1. Most SUVs and Large Trucks are on the floor and can’t get to suspension parts and/or engine/transmission.2. When you ask to lift a truck for you they give you the worse attitude almost makes you want to slap someone.3. They only have 1-2 wheel barrows/carts to service the whole yard and when you ask management they say “oh well, bring your own”4. Forklift drivers have s#!T attitudes when you ask for help.5. Stop charging $2 entrance fee if we can’t even pull parts.6. They’ve lost approx $3000 from my business alone this month due to this. I’ve been coming for years and this is the uglies/messiest I have ever encountered❗️PLEASE LIFT ALL THE LARGE TRUCKS / SUVs THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND AGGRAVATING.❗️I will continue to leave 1-star reviews every other day until this issue is resolved. This is effecting many people not just me, I’ve heard at least 100 other people complain about this issue PLEASE FIX THIS YOU ARE LOSING CUSTOMERS & BUSINESS.

I rented a truck to help my son move. It was a Saturday. I figured I could clear out the year's worth of copper communication wire scrap I had in the garage. Since it was Saturday, Aaron's metals was closed and I had to return the truck. I felt stuck. As soon as I pulled in I could tell this wasn't a place that typically handles low voltage communication cable. I decided to see what they would give me. 655lbs. at .40 cents ended up being $262. Aarons pays a minimum of 2.40 a pound. I wanted to stop the transaction. I was overwhelmed. I showed the cashier my electrical cert and was told I'd still have to wait for the check. The waiting period wasn't the issue. I was really upset and decided to call their office the next day. I knew it was a long shot. This is where the story gets better. They asked me to verify my company's business address and The locations (it was a year's worth) where I got the wire and was told they would cancel the sale so I could pick it up. They did not have to do that and they went above and beyond to allow me to do that. Aaron's would have paid me $1,500 not $262 for that wire. Moral of the story. Great staff. Kind people. Just don't take your copper communication wire there.

Make sure they don’t rob you. Their prices talks to the sky. Please do call around before calling them the guy at part department get over you and charger you as much as he want. Greedy people

Came to pickup cars here. These guys are joke. They are always short staffed. I’ve been coming to this location for past 2 years and every time they give me same excuse that they are short staffed. Management should look into this problem and hire more people, specifically forklift drivers. This is the only Copart facility with this problem. These guys should learn from Copart in Sacramento on how to operate.

Well organized and convenient, they took my junk metal that sat on the property for years and turned it into cash. They even take Vehicles, I’m already considering doing business with them again. Thank you!

All around good junk yard. $2 entry, decent part pricing. OK selection of cars for a small town (Biggest junk yard in the area short of Fresno or Bakersfield). Hard to find from Hwy 99 (Partially due to wrong address being listed). Most of stock includes 90's era cars and some older cars (not very many), and small selection of post '99 cars (extra fee to get gate access to those). Mostly domestics on yard with imports in the back. Stock is rotated about every month. (Usually after half price days).
