VERY DANGEROUS YARD. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.1. Most SUVs and Large Trucks are on the floor and can’t get to suspension parts and/or engine/transmission.2. When you ask to lift a truck for you they give you the worse attitude almost makes you want to slap someone.3. They only have 1-2 wheel barrows/carts to service the whole yard and when you ask management they say “oh well, bring your own”4. Forklift drivers have s#!T attitudes when you ask for help.5. Stop charging $2 entrance fee if we can’t even pull parts.6. They’ve lost approx $3000 from my business alone this month due to this. I’ve been coming for years and this is the uglies/messiest I have ever encountered❗️PLEASE LIFT ALL THE LARGE TRUCKS / SUVs THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND AGGRAVATING.❗️I will continue to leave 1-star reviews every other day until this issue is resolved. This is effecting many people not just me, I’ve heard at least 100 other people complain about this issue PLEASE FIX THIS YOU ARE LOSING CUSTOMERS & BUSINESS.

We went to find a headlight and ended up getting a whole bunch of stuff. It was really fun and not to mention the girl that helped us out was really helpful. She helped us out better than one of the guys that worked there. The prices were great, my headlight was only $15.95 and at the dealership it was going to cost me $427.00 + tax.

I had the unfortunate experience of having someone borrow my vehicle without my consent while inside of this junkyard..my first thought was "i have to make a call and get my tools and self home"i jogged back to their office to express my situation and if a phone could be used. Was told to hang on a second sliding the window shut and waited 5 minutes to only come to ask a kind citizen to complete my call.I also came to realize that their parking lot has no survelience whats so ever, there for no help with my theft report with FPD.this issue should be upgraded just in case people selling tacos in that same parking lot business gets money borrowed from them.At your own risk once you customers drive into their parking lot you have nothing coming.

First they set fire to the yard to male ppl leave early and not get anything, then they close way too early, kick me out at the same time I finally got my part free and it broke! Ontop of all that they told me that this one part I got was one piece and then charged me for multiple items attached to that

the entrance prices do not respect them. Prices change at checkout. adding a discomfort on the part of a red-haired employee, who I saw speaking Spanish and when I wanted to ask something, she told me that she did not speak Spanish in a mocking tone.

My experience was horrible. Pulled out a rear axle off a 96 Tacoma. Hauled it to the front and the guy told me 300 for it. I told him I have 250. He came back and said how about 400. “If you down I’ll go up” I dropped it and left

The driver that came to pick up our vehicle couldn’t come up the driveway to get the car out so we rescheduled fr the next day we pushed the car out to road waiting on him frm 12-4pm he called after we called around 345 said he couldn’t make it today so tomorrow he will be by and still a no show again he said 12-4 pm my husband got upset and told him about the two days in a row incident and now the driver got upset and said he coming out this was a very unprofessional lazy operation on pick n pull.

I was in line with about 10 customers ahead of me. Besides it taking about 45 minutes to get to me. 7 out of 10 customers put parts they had removed from the lot back . The customer ahead of me had 2 headlights and was asked to pay 45 dollars a piece ! I know brand new they cost no more than 60-80 .Plus he still had to get them cleaned.Another 45 to 50 bucks ! It was my first time here and it will be my last.
