We bought 2 trucks from here that were supposedly runs and drive and had no issues with them other than a few scratches. When we got the vehicles one had a blown engine and wouldn’t start , the other one was damaged by their forklifts and damaged the fuel filter system and diesel tank . They hide their vehicles flaws on purpose to promote their vehicles.One of the vehicles was missing a battery and the oil cap , so they decided to not take a picture of the engine bay as they should.Their GM won’t take them back and is unreasonable and is unprofessional overall. Definitely will not be purchasing on any vehicles from this branch anymore.

I made a deal with this business to purchase an engine, paying a $500 deposit with the agreement that the engine would be ready in two weeks. Since then, the seller has made constant excuses, claiming the mechanic was unavailable. He even denied ever requesting a deposit, despite their policy clearly stating it’s required. The seller was not only unresponsive but also yelled at me during a follow-up call and hung up when I requested a refund. Despite multiple chances, the engine was never ready. They have ignored all my calls and texts and refuse to refund my money. This business is a scam, plain and simple. 35 years in business? More like 35 years of scamming customers. Completely dishonest. I will be taking legal action. ✌️ They take your money and deliver nothing. I highly recommend avoiding them unless you want to lose your hard-earned money or end up with a broken item they’ll refuse to exchange. Their business practices belong in the junkyard.

The ABSOLUTE worst salvage yard I've ever done business with. DISHONEST, RUDE, and INCONSIDERATE beyond any level of business I've ever been a part of. I drove 3.5 hours to buy a transmission. Upon returning home I find they gave me one that was full of water and dirt. So, I called and he said return it. The second one he gave me after another 7 hour trip was locked up. So, I called and they said return it. Get there and the owner says he can no longer offer warranty on transmissions that he is selling me. I guess he's sick of giving me bad ones. So, after driving up there and waiting for three hours to get the third transmission. He states that I will have to come back tomorrow. As he doesn't have another one ready. He also demanded that I give him the original receipt. The picture of it on my phone won't do. And although they knew that morning I was coming and the only one they had was still in the vehicle. They had not removed it as I was told before leaving. So I have to drive back 3.5 hours empty handed. So my fourth trip, I arrive with my receipt, the owner states they are removing the transmission from the vehicle and that I would need to wait. So, 5 hours later the transmission is ready. I back in for them to place in trunk. I drive 3.5 hours back to our shop only to find out, He gave me the 1st transmission that was full of water and dirt again. He's marked my invoice for no returns knowing that he was giving me the same bad transmission. If you're reading this continue your search elsewhere. They are dishonest and do not test any of their parts prior to selling. I highly recommend using a different source.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Went to buy a motor from them, I had to allow them to mount it for me in order to receive warranty. Well THEY DID NOT ADD MY MOTOR MOUNT! Had to find out from my mechanic after sending it to get checked after M&J did not want to help me and said I had no more warranty (when I only had 1 month with it and the warranty was for 3 months) showed receipt and all and still did nothing! I seriously do not recommend going to them.

Called this place looking for a battery for my vehicle. At the particular time they didn't have it. Decided to just go by and see what others they had. When we got there the battery we needed just arrived. The lady at the front counter was very nice and chatty. I like her customer service. Good vibe.

A&A Auto saves my day by having a part I needed and by using his knowledge of autos to find the solution I needed. Oreily’s nor NAPA had what I needed nor did they try to improvise as A&A did.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Brazilian Auto Parts. The customer service was incredibly lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, making it difficult for me to find the parts I needed. Additionally, I encountered rudeness and a lack of professionalism during my visit. As a customer, I expect better treatment when spending my hard-earned money. I hope the store takes steps to improve their customer service in the future.

Great people. Great prices. Would definitely recommend and will be taking my cars there. They went above and beyond.

The owner is a sensitive flower. He got offended when I asked for my money back after he sold me a non-working item he said would work. He kicked me out and told me to never come back again LMAO.

Never been here but the man answering phones is a joke. Was just told by the man in Beaumont who I guess also owns this one as well that they have a few cars of the make and model I need parts off of and when I let him know he just hangs up you recall and he does the same. To the owner please get better workers who actually want to do their jobs and also likes to be there!!
