I recently had a disappointing experience at Brazilian Auto Parts. The customer service was incredibly lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, making it difficult for me to find the parts I needed. Additionally, I encountered rudeness and a lack of professionalism during my visit. As a customer, I expect better treatment when spending my hard-earned money. I hope the store takes steps to improve their customer service in the future.

Excellent service provided during a visit to the place by a very attractive Brazilian lady, I really enjoyed my time there and we had a very nice long chat even tho I didn't find the part I was looking for I still feel I didn't waste my time there.
