I Called Three Times, They Never Answered The Phone, That's Why I Only Gave Them Two Stars For Now.

I don't normally leave reviews but I need to. I was quoted a price lower than a lot of competitors. So I was excited to spend my money here. However I had to work so I sent my mom to pay for it. Originally they sold it to my mom for the price I was qouted. They latet called her and told her it was a mistake. Saying that was not was I was quoted and needed to pay an additional $400 on top of what I had already paid. However when my uncle called they gave him a qoute for the same part at an additional $350. He repeatedly lied to my moms face about the price I was given. After my mom decided to take my hard earned monet elsewhere he tried to gaslight my momma into thinking we wouldn't find the part anywhere else. They dont have a set price for anything and charge whatever they wont which is bad business. 0/10 be careful who you do business with.

They are extremely helpful and polite. These people want your business and they will not take advantage of you. If you like being " dun dirty" go to waskom, if you want to treated right come here!

Worst place i've ever had misfortune to deal with, Never answer the phone and almost impossible to get a part from them, even if they do have it. Ebay is a better option than this place.

If could post no stars .. This is the worst copart I ever been to . Customer services by far the worst and everyone just has a attitude. Not welcoming at all . Definitely needs improvement like the other facilities. I suggest corporate to go to a sit in and experience the services.

Pick up truck off 110 an took it to freightliner in baton rouge dropped it in middle of the parking lot cause he was in hurry cost me another 250 to get it put on up in the parking lot wouldn't recommend this guy

This place is not competitive on pricing. In fact looking at the weight on a Similar ticket, and another scrapyard, for the same type of Material I received less than half of What I normally get. As written in previous reviews You get tin prices for just about anything you bring in. Once you unload, you find this out. Slick but never again

Did not use the service and will never use them. One of their drivers ran me completely off the road and there was no way he could not have seen me. The driver entered the inside south bound lane of Thomas Rd driving recklessly and the traffic was bumper to bumper. The front end of his vehicle relentlessly headed into my driver side door. I laid on my horn but he kept coming which force me completely off the road. He did not slow down just continued to force me out of his way. I called the office to report the incident and the person who answered the phone was very inconsiderate. His response was “owe he just didn’t see you”.

Copper wasn't all the way clean. Yet they still helped with cleaning and were patient. 5stars

Best machine shop in town.. Been around for well over a decade +. Had an old 5.0 rebuilt for my old 89 mustang back in the days. Did a great job then so i would only expect them to do just as good a job now..

Never use these hillbilly’s under any circumstances. Have to talk to a old lady through a glass that does not open covered in cardboard with a six inch square cut out . You are standing outside 20 ft from a busy road trying to talk and cannot see or hear because of the primitive conditions. Did not want to release vehicle because my wife and my name or on the registration. There is only room on registration for one driver license number and it was my wife’s number not mine. My name and address match registration and driver license. They will try to make it as inconvenient as possible to not release your vehicle so they can run up storage fees . If it wasn’t for my son being there to try and get through to this arrogant old woman we would have to have called the sheriffs Dept.Service: Vehicle wrecking

The have most of the parts I looks for when ever I attend this yard. True at times they may not have what you want but nine times out of ten the will. They even offered to fix a part on my car that everyone else said is too hard to do. The staff is cool and handles their business in a professional way.

I needed a tow at about 2am last night. Car hopped the curb and got stuck on top. I called triple a & they took 45 minutes to even call me back so I called again and they said they were trying to get in touch with a company but if I wanted to look for someone on my own, I could. So I called around and got one quote for $220 but they couldn’t make it to me for 3-4 hours. I hung up the phone after politely declining their service and not even 1 minute later, Wallace from coopers calls me and says he’s about 10 minutes out. He got the car out so fast without damaging anything underneath. He really knew what he was doing and was amazing!! 10/10 recommend. Thanks Wallace!

Rude lady behind the window. Every time I had to go up there, she just had a nasty attitude. I understand if you have a bad day but not every time. I’m always respectful when it comes to service because I know all the dickheads you can get but that’s just un called for. Then she wanna charge me $20 , when I ask for a copy of bill.
