Never use these hillbilly’s under any circumstances. Have to talk to a old lady through a glass that does not open covered in cardboard with a six inch square cut out . You are standing outside 20 ft from a busy road trying to talk and cannot see or hear because of the primitive conditions. Did not want to release vehicle because my wife and my name or on the registration. There is only room on registration for one driver license number and it was my wife’s number not mine. My name and address match registration and driver license. They will try to make it as inconvenient as possible to not release your vehicle so they can run up storage fees . If it wasn’t for my son being there to try and get through to this arrogant old woman we would have to have called the sheriffs Dept.Service: Vehicle wrecking

Never done a review before but I felt I needed to this time. If I could give negative stars I would. They had my car for less then 3 hours, 2 hours and 55 mins to be exact, and charged me $285 dollar. Not only that my front bumper was all scratched up from what it looked like side swiping another car. The lady said it was there before he picked up it. That’s definitely not true because that has now become the only scratches on my car. I know they have a job to do but that’s not how you run a business.

Rudolph was excellent. He Came to help me in the midst of a storm brewing on a Saturday evening during the LSU. He was prompt, kind, and courteous. The price was extremely affordable. Best service around town for sure! He came get me broke down on side the road and brought me to my mechanic shop I requested. Very reasonable price for the quality of service he provided. This is a great place if you're looking to get ripped off if you're looking for someone who works by them self and has a place locked up until he decides to get there. Or maybe it's a good place if you got extra money and don't mind paying for five times the amount for your tow then last but not least it's a great place if you want to be over charge for storage fees
