Almost got stuck with a $1400 DMV fine because the car I sold to Ducote a year ago was never filed as scrap. DMV lady said he never fills out necessary paperwork when I explained my situatuon; he also couldn't be bothered to return two or three voicemails I left asking after a copy of the bill of sale. Luckily, I was able to prove the error in the DMV's system when I canceled my plates online and pull insurance records to get the fine revoked, but absolutely terrible experience overall. Be careful selling your car here and make sure you hang on to your paperwork even a year later, because it might bite you down the line.

Worst place i've ever had misfortune to deal with, Never answer the phone and almost impossible to get a part from them, even if they do have it. Ebay is a better option than this place.
