I needed a tow at about 2am last night. Car hopped the curb and got stuck on top. I called triple a & they took 45 minutes to even call me back so I called again and they said they were trying to get in touch with a company but if I wanted to look for someone on my own, I could. So I called around and got one quote for $220 but they couldn’t make it to me for 3-4 hours. I hung up the phone after politely declining their service and not even 1 minute later, Wallace from coopers calls me and says he’s about 10 minutes out. He got the car out so fast without damaging anything underneath. He really knew what he was doing and was amazing!! 10/10 recommend. Thanks Wallace!

Called about my car that was wrecked they sent me a bill for 300 something and charge 24. A day storage it's all a racket everyone about a dollar not about people who get hurt from these accident's then called him on 8/31 he couldn't answer my question are y'all still charging me even though we are in a disaster smh

Unprofessional with lack of consideration for his customers. Danny, the owner, was contacted to pick up my son's truck for salvage following an accident. After some delay picking up the vehicle, Danny was to remove the wheels for me to pick up the following day at which time I was to sign over the title and receive payment. I called the following morning to confirm the wheels were removed and to arrange a time to take care of the paperwork. Danny stated he had not removed the wheels yet and I could come by that afternoon. I asked him for a specific time. He said one o'clock. I told him that I would be there about that time, because I had an appointment in Covington later that afternoon for 4pm. I arrived to Coopers for 2:00. I was told that Danny was in Baton Rouge. His receptionist, Stacey, called him while I was there and told me I could take the wheels. But, I would have to come back in order to get with Danny regarding the title work and payment for the vehicle. When I went into the yard to pick up the wheels they were still mounted on the truck. And, the yard worker was told nothing about removing them. However, he agreed to remove the wheels while I left to eat. I returned appx. a hour later and was able to get the wheels. Stacey informed me that Danny would be here in five minutes; he was coming from his house. I told her I needed to leave shortly for an appointment. She called Danny 5-10 minutes later and relayed to him that I needed to leave. Danny pulled up about that time. He did not address me when he walked in. Rather, he talked to another customer in the office. I waited until they finished their conversation and handed Danny the title, which he placed on the counter. He then proceeded to get into a conversation with his assistant. I told Danny that I could not continue waiting. He suggested I could take the title and go if I needed to and said he had not looked at the truck yet. Some discussion occured about what needed to be done to conclude the paperwork and settle on the payment, which ended up being concluded. I was late to my appointment. The entire manner in how Danny handled the transaction and followed through with being available for our appointment and having the wheels removed was unprofessional and inconsiderate. I would not advise anyone to do business with Cooper's.

A family member had a heart attack while driving. Before we knew what happened the police had called this tow company to get the truck. I called the place to see if the truck was there and the lady who answered the phone was rude. When my husband and brother in law went to pick up the truck they were given the run around. The man was very rude and very insensitive to the issue our family was dealing with that morning. We got the money to get the truck out called the guy to tell him we were on the way and he says "hurry up, I'm tired". Sorry to inconvenience you sir. Losing our dear uncle early on a Saturday morning is exactly what we all wanted to deal with that morning too. Have a little compassion next time you are dealing with a grieving family.

Doesn't stick to his word!!! Was sold a broken transmission, purchased the part and had it installed to only find out that it was no good, he told us that we should have made sure that we checked it before it was installed, he did pull another transmission because it was before the 30 day warranty but however he said we were stuck with the bill to take the broken one out and replace with the working one if which he said he would take care of and didn't. We wouldn't have had that bill if we were sold parts that weren't broke from the get go

Over the years, I've used Cooper's. Anytime I need anything that a wrecker service can help me with he's the one I call. I know Danny and I trust him and his employees.
