    Horrible. Racketeer between ouachita parish sheriff's office and Allstate towing. Between the two they will scam you out of hundreds, thousands of dollars. if you ever get arrested, don't let your vehicle get towed to this place.

    Bad Place to do business. Had a vehicle repaired and the engine sounded like a tractor. Shawnsey, tried to force me to pay for the improper repair and I refused, so he changed me storage fees and sold my car.

    I would not recommend this place under any circumstance.After 4 attempts to fix the problem, Chauncey informed me the guy that did the work on my vehicle no longer worked there. He suggested I find him. I've made multiple attempts to get him to make the repairs he was paid to do.He will not make the repairs or refund any of my money!!
