Just stopped off to get an alloy wheel. Just needed the wheel but it would cost $10 to remove the dry rotted tire so paid for the tire since it would cost me $ to install the tire I already had plus balancing. The optional warranty wasn't optional. It was automatically charged, $10.50 for the wheel and $7.09 for the tire plus an environmental fee of $6.38 (probably for the tire). Tack on a $15 core charge for the wheel and taxes, total of $102.41. My fault for not checking my receipt before leavig but it was a hot day and I was in a hurry. The wheel I needed was $34.99 plus tax. Cheaper wheels on ebay plus no wear and tear on your vehicle, gas, and time you spend to pull pats you need. Check your receipt carefully. Decline the 'optional 90 day warranty in advance. Be A smarter shopper than me and check the total cost in time and money. Used to be better priced and fewer 'optional' fees and charges. Not worth the trip and time for most parts anymore.

Went there yesterday to pick up a roof rack and cross bars for a project I'm working on. I was greeted by the folks who work there when I drove up and everyone else I passed along the way were very friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed my time there just looking for parts for other projects and had a blast. Really easy to work with and great prices too. Will definitely be going back

Great yard! Doesn’t get picked over and they don’t crush quickly. There are some older interesting cars there. Make sure you bring cash. Prices aren’t posted but they aren’t too bad. About on par with LKQ Pick Your Part. I would ask in advance of spending hours pulling a part what the price is. Everyone is very nice. Clientele is better than what you will see at most other years. Cars are not inventoried but it’s easy to walk around.

Everyone needs to read the MOSH report for 2021. They were sited for an employee death. The employees have told them for years about the mill and the supervisors made comments like toughen up. We don't have the money. My sons life wS taken at 30 years old. I have relived his death every day now for 15 months. While the Bennetts spend wonderful times with there children l have to suffer everyday over my sons death there. He didn't deserve to be treated the way he was. Its all about the money not about the safety of there employees. If anyone has questions l would be more then happy to show you all the MOSH report and employees interviews. THAT PLACE IN MY AND HUNDREDS OF OTHERS FEEL THAT PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. When the supervisors cant communicate the correct operations of the shredder how do they expect the staff to.

This place is great for the rarest stuff, however plan on waiting a while, the guy loves to talk bikes and you'll be there about an hour before you get parts, so if you're impatient you'll hate it. Other than that I'm coming back for everything motorcycle.

Staff pleasant. Customers must empty their own cans into weight cart. No problem!

Will be bringing my steel here from now on. They paid better for steel than the other yards I’ve been going to. Staff was also a lot friendlier than I have encountered at other yards. I also was able to unload and get paid quick compared to other yards, especially when coming 30min before closing.

Excellent customer service. Great inventory. If you don't see it on the shelf just ask if they have more in the back. Often times they do. Store is well organized and clean. All safety measures are followed including free facemasks upon entering if you forgot yours. Plenty of free parking in the large parking lot. If you purchase windshield wipers there they will put them on for you for free if you ask. Prices on everything are very good. There is only a short wait, if that, when checking out. Store is handicap accessible.

No signage to tell you where the scale is located. Main entrance is closed, have to take road before entrance on right with detour signs. Again, no signs to tell you where to go!! Fast loading when you figure out where to scale truck!

Bought my new mustang from Damascus Motors.UPDATE MONTHS LATER. VERY VERY frustrated and annoyed with the HORRIBLE customer service here.. Mutiple 6 Hour trips and many calls.. ANDY THE OWNER can't seem to return my mutiple phone calls..Biggest headache everVERY DISAPPOINTED

I was disappointed. Not sure why there posting up a Ford hub cap.. I asked the dude if they sold them he said no.. I said why is it up for sale. He said it's not it came off a someone's car. I was trying to buy it. He didn't care. I would of gave it to my customer. I have done it plenty of times.I was shocked. All the hubcaps that I have given to people the 1 time I need 1 I would buy it he says no like he was happy to tell me. Might be me. But it didn't feel good. Life goes on.

I'm in sussex county Delaware greenwood Delaware area but I lived there in Baltimore MD inner Harbour and Curtis Bay also Glen Burnie. Locals there are hard people but friendly . But, due to area locals are hard on outer edges but are really nice as most in other areas are same as any of us. When I called Marty's the person on phone I let know I was in delaware and he said come look at 4 rotors he had in stock I needed and Said I could choose from 4 he had and pick 2 I needed out of 4. Was very nice and didn't make or keep me waiting on phone. Just said hold Please and came rite back and was nice and I was done he hung up friendly. Don't know what black lady was talking. Can't please every one . People think world is theirs or are owed something cause of whom are or ethnicity etc. All are equal and take a number

I am not someone to write negative reviews (in fact this is my first time ever), but feel the need to warn people, as l wish l took some of the poor reviews on here seriously. I had a similar negative experience as others shared. I confirmed our scheduled day and time, after booking 2 weeks in advance to ensure l had everything l needed removed to prepare our home for a painting job. After waiting an hour after our window, was told they were running behind and would update us with an ETA. 2 hours later didn’t hear back and followed up AGAIN (at this point we were 4 hours past our scheduled time). Was told they could not come. Completely unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for others people time. Spend the extra couple bucks and go with a reliable company.
