Just stopped off to get an alloy wheel. Just needed the wheel but it would cost $10 to remove the dry rotted tire so paid for the tire since it would cost me $ to install the tire I already had plus balancing. The optional warranty wasn't optional. It was automatically charged, $10.50 for the wheel and $7.09 for the tire plus an environmental fee of $6.38 (probably for the tire). Tack on a $15 core charge for the wheel and taxes, total of $102.41. My fault for not checking my receipt before leavig but it was a hot day and I was in a hurry. The wheel I needed was $34.99 plus tax. Cheaper wheels on ebay plus no wear and tear on your vehicle, gas, and time you spend to pull pats you need. Check your receipt carefully. Decline the 'optional 90 day warranty in advance. Be A smarter shopper than me and check the total cost in time and money. Used to be better priced and fewer 'optional' fees and charges. Not worth the trip and time for most parts anymore.

Neat well laid out yard. If you have the LKQ app it will "walk you" to the car(s) you want. Last time I was there, it cost $3 to get in. Bring small bills. Parking is a little tight. DON'T PARK IN AREAS NOT MARK. You Will Be Towed!!!

The situation has changed. It's a corporate deal here now and the family feel is gone. That's what big does though and it's to be expected. Prices are a bit high but they also pay well for most cars.
- PPatrick Betz
Great yard, well organized. Find a nice van to sit in and then you could just sit back and people watch all day, there are plenty of characters around!

Didnt have the part i needed for vehicle. Didnt even have vehicle in stock.

Over priced. Just go and buy new parts. They are charging prices that are the cost of new parts. So be sure to check prices on new

After driving the car to drop it off I was told and agreed to sell it to them for 400$ and handed them the title and they told me I can take the tags off. As my girlfriend was taking the tags off I walked to the window to receive payment and was told now the price is 345$. I ask about the agreement we just made and he said it changed because there was a little bit of rust near the rear quarter panel. The whole situation felt like greasy and he was trying to take advantage of us. I asked for the title back and took it a quarter mile up the road to Erdman Auto parts, where the gave me 500$ with no problems. They were very nice and helpful. I recommend everyone go there first before LKQ.

Has become safer since new owner. Can find items I want even if I don't find what I need. Inventory change regularly.

I have had the best experiences at Crazy Rays! Everyone is always courteous and helpful to me and the website is fantastic for trying to find parts. No hassle returns which is terrific. (pay for the warranty) Really a stand up organization and team that values good process and respectful customer service.
- SSusan Keck
Well organized! all vehicles were assigned a row and space number so you could easily find the vehicle you were looking for. They had a good idea of what vehicles they had and what parts were still on them. The place was relatively clean. Employees were very nice and helpful.

New management is running this company in the ground. Price increases in this day are understandable but when you go as far as firing the part pullers who PAY to enter a “pick your part” yard and assist your customers at no charge to the business, just to hire part pullers at a “pick your part” yard. Then force a marked up warranty on customers who use them (even for parts like a bumper or a rear view mirror, who needs a warranty for parts like that) it screams greed! And the fact that at this yard they don’t honor your phone qoute to sell your cars anymore. You get to the yard with the car and they’re trying to deduct money for a peeling hood or faded bumper and the catch is they still sell the same part they deducted money for in the yard. This management needs to be retrained or fired. My business is goin to Erdman Auto Parts or Eastside Auto Recycling. LKQ has turned to trash.

Very good prices, but they need to let people know they're charging for warranties. It's not right. Eventually someone is going to complain to the BBB or have the them on the news for scamming people out of their money. Who needs a warranty on a bumper? Either It's good when you bought it or not.
- LLawrence Seibert
The part I needed was fairly easy to find and remove. And the people there are very friendly and helpful. It cost $2 to get in instead of $1 due to the rise in costs and the rim was $16.89 instead of the $15 I paid last time, but at least now I'll have a full size spare tire. No more donut for me.

They had the last one i need. The only issue was they sent me to the wrong car. I had a 2014 and they thought 2013 would work. So let me update you on the latest!!!!! I pay go and go through to the other side and ask if they had my vehicle and i explained I'm looking for an antenna. So they printed out and sent me on my way. They didn't have my year but the paper sent me to a different year. I go to this vehicle different model and the antenna was broke!!! But here's the ticker, even if it wasn't it wasn't the one I had. So i go back and they look at me like I'm crazy!!!! I explain what happen and tell they should refund me since they didn't have what i ask for and you sent me to the wrong car!!!! They told me no!!!!!! So I'm upset!!! I caked the company and they said they was going to send out a complaint and someone would call me in 24 hours. Just to let everyone know that was 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting!!!!!! I know that the complaint was put in because the person I was speaking with didnt hang up so I heard her repeat what I told her while she was typing it. What happen to customer service!!!!!!! No excuse!!!!!

I was selling an old vehicle of mine and they made it really easy. Had one person in front of me and once she was done with them it only took 5min reviewing the car and I had a check in my hand!! I never have anything bad to say about them

Sold a salvage car to Crazy Ray's last week and had a great experience. They paid a fair price, and were pleasant and friendly. Not sure about the negative reviews; it was a Saturday, they were super busy, but everyone treated me great. I was in and out in about 20 minutes.

This is a great place to go if you need Auto parts. I'm not a mechanic but forgetting the door knob when the inside of the car that was broke take it off first so you can see how it goes in and out before getting the part and breaking it trying to put in the other one. I had to get a water reservoir for my windshield wipers and that was nice and cheap . I saw headlights that were clearer than mine. And I also got left and right blinker light covers. You have to take them out first to get to the headlight bulbs. And they were nice and cheap . Check Google to see what cars years go together all the same I can get parts off a 1997 to2001. It makes it easier to find what you need more possibilities

I had an awesome experience at LKQ!!! They have an excellent selection of vehicles to get parts from. Until my recent visit to LKQ parts I had not been there since it was named Crazy Ray's Auto Parts. I love how LKQ has their website where you can go online and look into their inventory. You can search by vehicle that you need the part from. It tells and shows you how many of that certain vehicle they have where exactly in the yard they are located. That saves a lot of time from walking around aimlessly looking for the vehicle that you need to get parts from. You can also search by part needed. I rate LKQ (Erdman Avenue location) a 5 out of 5! I have not been to their other locations as of yet, but after my most enjoyable visit to the Erdman Avenue location, I definitely plan to visit their other locations as long as they keep up the great job posting their inventory correctly and listing the location of the vehicles. Awesome job everyone at LKQ!!! 👍👍👍👍👍👊🙌

LKQ Erdman avenue do not use your bank card they have thieves working for them. Took my card information and ordered Uber eats off my card. You are working pay for your own food or bring your lunch. If you have to go there my advice is to use cash.
- CChris Plumlee
They had the part I needed in the vehicle they listed. I just had to look several rows down from where they said it was.

Once upon a time, I got $400 for my 97 Saturn that was in great bodily shape inside and out. I blew a head gasket, but I still drove it to them. Now that the new owners took over, I had a 96 Escort LX that was in great shape inside and out, but another blown head gasket. This time they said $75 and I could still drive it. The city ended up taking it as I was trying to sell it and I have no regrets knowing LKQ could've made at lease $1500 just off the parts and body. As a regular customer over the last 30 years, I've found their price and parts great lifesavers. Never bought a bad part yet. But I would give my car to scrap dealers before I let them take me for a ride over my cars now.
- CCasey Burnett
This is a junkyard. They don't keep an inventory which is good for people who are willing to put the extra elbow grease in and look for the part themselves. For everyone else who is too weenie to do the work yourself, the dealership counter will readily take your money.
- JJay B
Prices are very high compared to 10 years ago before LKQ bought them. Otherwise, the yard is well organized. The staff is nice and helpful if you treat them with respect and don't act like an @$$hole. Watch walking between cars and along the walls at the edge of the yard as people like to take craps in the yard. Make sure you lock your doors in the parking lot and be careful leaving the lot, i've seen accidents and hit & runs because you can't see past the food truck while pulling out on to erdman ave. If you see something interesting in the online inventory, go check it out ASAP, inventory is very fast moving and this joint gets a ton of traffic.
- DDestiny Love
I got a hood, headlights and a radiator for my truck. Prices were cheaper than listed on website so I didn't complain about that!! Alot of trucks to choose from n the staff was very nice!!
- ffoubaby
This place is not for everybody. This is for only the ones that want to get down and dirty. Admission is $2.00 per person. You are not guaranteed that you will find what you are looking for. You find the part... You pull it... You pay for it... You own it. I really enjoyed myself looking for what I needed. Thank you for reading my review.
- AAshley Lauren
This place is an absolute joke. Arranged for a vehicle to be picked up and gave me an 8-12 window, called them around 11 and they said that they'll be there. At 12:30 I called back and they said they need to reschedule due to 3 drivers calling out and when I asked why didn't they just tell me that when I called they just basically said not our problem sorry and they assured me that when I rescheduled it would definitely be picked up. So, today was the reschedule date and they once again did not show, I called 5 times, 2 of the times they said they were on their way, so I had to rush over to the house where the car is bc I don't reside there and never showed and when I called and asked what was going on the woman said that they actually were never on their way over. Just called and spoke to a manager who basically said tough luck and tried to get me to reschedule for another week from today. I told her that we need to get this vehicle out of here to avoid a fine from the county and still nothing. She didn't care at all. All employees were very rude and unwilling to assist me in anyway.
- LLapondia Pinkney
New management is terrible.Entire staff not rude just the new people that new management hired. New management is rude do not know the first thing about the business. Always accusing the staff of stealing but he is the one that is stealing and the ones he is close to. One of the former employees had pictures and dates of the vehicles that he stole he gets a slap on the wrist and he set an employee up no proof of her stealing but corporate fire her. The towing what ever her title is Amy so call supervisor sit in Jason face all day they literally get paid for nothing till this day he is still stealing .$1500 dollars was missing Amy was the one responsible for money another slap on the wrist. Corporate has been contacted on things he does they do not care about the employees and definitely the customers
- BBasil Bradford
They have reorganized the yard to make finding the car you need much easier. They also raised the prices. This is an issue for electrical components. You don't know if they are good until you install them. If they don't you are out of luck. Be careful !!
- TTama Anderson
I wish I read the reviews before I wasted a whole day waiting for someone to come & pick up my old car. I called 5 times and were told someone would be here today by 5pm. I called at 5:00p and was told they are still coming. Its currently 6:25P and no one is here! I am disgusted with the level of customer service and truly disappointed that my whole day was wasted!
