I couldn’t find an air mass sensor for my Toyota anywhere without taking a week to be shipped and these guys not only had it but what a great price and found a couple odds and ends that I needed while I was there and when I brought them out to the office with me they made me a great deal on them as well. I will always start with these guys for any Toyota needs first because they will give you any information they have that would be better for you even if it means that you will do your business with someone else and that shows me that customer satisfaction is their top priority. Nice store, friendly people, SUPER HIGH PRICES now, higher than NAPA for sure or anyplace else. Fluids and battery prices are way, way outta sight compared to everyone else, anywhere. Prices for WIX filters are double that of Amazon or ordering even through Home Depot.

Let's be real, this is the most dangerous Pick-n-Pull location in the region. Regular crashes and break-ins in and around the parking lot, confrontations, seriously substance altered behavior, the usual. They have a decent rotating selection, and I suppose the prices could be worse, but don't come here for the atmosphere and don't bring a nice car or nice tools. Several times now I have pulled a part, gotten the price, and ordered it same day shipping on Amazon for less. Which is kind of weird, I'm not sure how their business model works at all with a lot of the pricing.

Danielle was so professional and helpful when I stopped in. Even though we could not find the part, she was a breath of fresh air! I'll be back for sure.

They ripped me off and when I needed to get the clothes out of the vehicle they wanted to charge me one hundred dollars to get a few of the relative who got the vehicle towed to their inpound lot items out.i will never use this business ever again.

Umme Husna was very pleasant and helpful through this process. She is good at her job. The tow truck driver was also very kind and pleasant.

Sorry for mistaking you with B&R (even though you kinda have the exact same name and you're right down the road from eachother) and thank you for reaching out to tell us we had it wrong. Drove 107 miles to this place they quoted me 30.00 for a blower motor if I pulled it out then when I showed up and pulled the part they doubled the price on me. I will never come back here again. For that price b and r will ship to my house.

They have a good service

Went in for a starter. Employee that helped us was having a rough week. You could tell in his demeanor and they way that he is interacted with us. He did apologize but as a customer I don't care what kind of week you have had. Make everyone feel like they are important and you are glad they came in instead of going down the street.

Had the part I needed, responsive and helpful over the phone. Confirmed the part was in good shape and pulled it that day. Fair price, great yard.

Super nice crew and helped me out in a bind. Some sorry sucker busted out a rear corner window on my car, the auto glass shops had zip but Airport Auto Salvage had it. Drove there in 15 and they had me out of there in another 15. Highly recommended.

My bf car was towed when he wrecked on a residential and hit a mailbox and a bush in a front yard. He was not hurt at all. Not any significant damage to his car. Just mailbox down and bush was damaged.. He WASN'T ON DRUGS OR NOT DRINKING. his blood sugar was like in the 800. His car was towed and went to jail. Before knowing it was medical issues. and right away the jail transported him to the hospital. He was there from Fri to Mon evening, before being discharged. He went tue to B n R to get his car back. I understand it's part of there business towing cars. But they wouldn't take of any $$ from his bill. Even with him being in the hospital and paperwork showing it. He payed the all of it $970 bill and got his car back.. just sad no deduction on his bill. He wasn't wanting a lot of. Just thought maybe $100 / $200 would of been nice
