Nice store, friendly people, SUPER HIGH PRICES now, higher than NAPA for sure or anyplace else. Fluids and battery prices are way, way outta sight compared to everyone else, anywhere. Prices for WIX filters are double that of Amazon or ordering even through Home Depot.

Mostly all of the Employees are great and help with whatever I need, but the lines can get pretty long. If parts are not In stock, they can order them and they come in a few days. I have seen and heard as few rude customers(male) come in and belittle woman employees!

Wrong parts. Called 2 days ahead and then picked up brake pads for a 82 Toyota p/u and they gave me the wrong parts. Called to get the right ones delivered to the shop and they brought the wrong ones to the mechanic. Cost me $90 shop time to wait for nothing.

Consistent from the first time purchase to this last time purchase. Never once had they been out of whatever I've needed. Prices are competitive. Good service with a competent staff

Always have the right part's and if not they order for you and doesn't take long to get what you need 💯

Good place for parts as long as your knowledge base is on point cause the employees don't know too much

O’Reillys is one of the rudest places I’ve been there always scamming people over a receipt when I just purchased some thing two days ago the cashier Robert avoid him as much as possible very unprofessional and a disturbed person that may need counseling doesn’t really know how to deal with customers and I have no idea what they’re doing Putting a person like that behind the counter

Hands down, I LOVE THIS STORE! No, it's not only because they have saved me on multiple occasions, or saved my car from me I should say 🤣. It really is because they have the best employees and customer service of all time, always....I have never had a negative experience. Example: my most recent visit was grueling: 2 hours of me utilizing the parking lot as a mechanic shop, 3 times in the store, had my battery tested, 1 part return, 1 part ordered for a later pick up, had to have battery tested again and finally the gentleman that had been helping me all along came out and gave me a jumpstart 😳😬. In all of this chaos I didn't catch this employees name but....hats off to you sir! Thank you for your kindness and patient demeanor! In my experience, all of these employees exemplify great customer service and the O'Reilly motto, "Professional Parts People"!!

Very friendly and very good customer service. They even loaned me the tools needed when I was out of town and didn't have my own tools to get the job done.

They had what I wanted but it was a little more expensive than I wanted but that's the usual these days.
