These guys are so helpful and organized! I needed to replace the driver side mirror of my car and the part from the dealership was $357. I called Pick-A-Part and they found exactly what I needed and pulled it for me same day for $55. They have locations all over Oregon and will direct you to the right spot for your part. I had to take my truck to the dealer shop which would of cost me an arm and a leg if I wouldn't of went to the pick a part first. I found my part and put it in myself so all the dealership had to do was program the part to my PCM and cut and program 2 new keys. Total price out the door $120.45. Is that sweet or what.

Pick-A-Part is one of my favorite places to go! The employees are very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. They almost always know the answers to any questions i might have, if they don't know the answer there is always someone around that does. They almost always have the part I'm looking for, but if by chance they don't have it they get on the computer and try to find it at another location. If they find it they will have it shipped to their site at no cost to you. It usually gets there within a couple days. The best part is for only $1 you can sign in and go walk around the yard for hours looking at hundreds of cars and find things you didn't know you needed until you see it! Plus the cars are very organized and if you tell them exactly what you're looking for they will give you a map and tell you exactly where to find whatever it is you're after. . I would have gave 5 stars but there's always room for improvement!

They’ll charge to walk on the yard for part. I understand why though. However, I not send someone out to look to see if it’s even available with all the help just standing around. But it is a junkyard and I have the option to by my parts new. So touché!

The employees at Pick a part here in Albany always go above and beyond. Friendly and courteous staff. They’re prices are great. I highly recommend this business!!!

Falsely telling me they have my car and part. When I show up they give me vague instruction of where it's located...."by the fence" I walk around for 30 min and someone who doesn't work there tells me they can give you the car number...I walk back I get the number and pics of what it looks like. I walk out looking for it again for 15min still is not in the row they tell me. They won't come show you where it's at. Messed up, do not go here.

First off they don't have Prius c and would not offer me my CASH MONEY BACK, all they offered was in store credit on nothing I can buy, so really they stole my money.Went to pick a part to get a tire, And I was not offered any help they where to busy on the phone both of them all I got was out side 2nd rack.And i I am not a tire expert so I looked and looked and only find 1 so I took it in and again still on the phone and rushing me out the door. Marked the tire took the cash and right back to the phone.I did not even get a you do know that is a snow tire right. I got NOTHING. Still would like my $25 CASH BACK!!!You know you don't sell my car so this credit is trash to me. I will update this review if something happens.

I worked with Antonio Gonzalez and bought a used engine for my 2006 toyota 4runner. He was excellent to work with and was a man of his work. Would defiantly recommend!
