Helping my friend fox her Toyota 4 Runner, I couldn't find parts for it, The owner was real nice, and had his mechanic get the parts for a fraction of the price I would have paid online or at a store. He even told me I can bring them back for a refund if anything is wrong. 5 starts.

Address:327 Redwood Hwy, Cave Junction, OR (Zipcode: 97523)Phone:Open hours:Open from 08:00 am to 16:00 pmStatus:OpenThey are the only auto parts store in town, so they are a necessity, unfortunately. If you need a car part, and don't feel like driving all the way to Grant's Pass or waiting for mail, you have to deal with their astronomical prices. I've been quoted anywhere from 2 to 5 times what parts cost elsewhere, especially online. A 100$ set of gaskets from NAPA in town might only cost 25$ on RockAuto or 35$ in GP. A set of spark plugs for 95$ that can be bought for 10$ online. The people working there are friendly and helpful at least as long as you are not rude, and they are knowledgeable as well as able to help you figure out what you need if you don't quite know.Overall, good place, but ludicrously expensive sometimes.

5 stars to Five star towing!! I was also stranded at a rest stop due to girlfriend accidentally flushing car keys down the toilet!! Lol. Our insurance contacted Five star towing and the owner Doug showed up faster than the other companies ETA. . Really good guy, much appreciated!! Thanks Five Star Towing!!
After trying several times (and failing) to contact them, I drove out to discover parts are available by will-call only. Per the posted signs, there are no walk-ins. Maybe the owner is on vacation, it is that time of year, but unless you can get a hold of them there will be no parts available.
I guess I shouldn't expect much from a wrecking yard. Took them a week to get a rim off a tire and notify me it was ready for pickup. I had tools in hand based on information provided by the main office, advising me I could go in the yard and get it myself. I understand the liability piece. But I dont understand the conflicting information being given by a customer service agent who is not on site. Even the guy at the place told me they tell customers misinformation all the time. On top of that, I was sent on a wild goose chase around a very muddy facility with hazards all over the place and large equipment running around me. I don't scare easily, but it was concerning considering the operator didn't seem very concerned that I was walking around his equipment. All in all, it was a terrible experience. If there was a zero, I would have put no stars.

Address:6777 3rd St SE, Turner, OR (Zipcode: 97392)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedI’ve been coming here for 15 years and ever since they changed everything around and people left it’s gone down hill. Was just in to get a tailgate and even though it was damaged the rude lady at the counter was persistent on getting $200 while it was maybe worth $100. Normally I would just assume it’s a high demand part for them except they’ve had the vehicle for 70 days. I rarely go to pick a part because of how they are and now I just simply won’t come back. Plenty of other and better companies out there to get parts from

Address:9501 N Columbia Blvd, Portland, OR (Zipcode: 97203)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedThey sold me a (knowingly) defective product and in the end were only more rude about it, regardless of the fact that I wasted days of my time on the repair job. I am shocked to find a small business that I came to support, conduct themselves with such a lack of respect or integrity. I guess some money covers it all for them.

Each time is more inviting than the previous trip. In a small community getting to know the employees in store you frequent makes the visit that much more pleasant. The staff are always informative, polite, and care about the products you are purchasing meaning that they are the correct specifications to whatever you are fixing.Thank you all. I will keep shopping with you.
