I came there with my 2007 Jetta needing a new battery, they told me they couldn’t do that because my car has a computer in it. My car does not have a computer. So I left and drove all the way to autozone of lavonia and they took care of me. Honestly if you didn’t want to do it just tell me no, don’t have to lie. I won’t be back

A friend of mine purchased a motor for his pickup truck from this company, and unfortunately, it turned out to be no good. The real issue is how they handled it. Like most people, he had to wait for someone to install the motor — and by the time it was finally installed, the warranty had already expired. When he contacted the company to explain the situation, they basically said there was nothing they could do. That’s completely unfair. Not everyone can get a motor installed the same day or within 24-48 hours — and they seem to be relying on that to avoid taking responsibility for bad parts. Please be cautious before buying any motor or part from this company. If you do buy, make sure you have someone ready to install it immediately, or within a day or two, or you may be out of luck if the part is bad. It’s disappointing they won’t stand behind what they sell. Selling defective motors and not taking accountability is not how business should be done.

They had the parts I needed, they were ready to pick up when they said and it was a good price

Very friendly, helpful staff! I took the 1 hour drive(traffic made it 1.5 hours) one way, because they had a body panel no one else had for a 21 year old car with crazy low mileage that we have. They have a good inventory system and the friendly staff verified it before I made the trek out there. I'll definitely use them again!

Ordered Parts on Wednesday which were supposed to be delivered by Friday morning. Did not receive the parts on Friday so I called to check on where the driver was. I was told I'd get a call back, which never happened. Monday comes, still no parts so I called again. I was told the parts would arrive by 1pm. By 3pm still no parts. We called again and were told they have no way of contacting their drivers. Its now Tuesday, we've been calling all day and still have not received our parts or any answers as to where they are. I will NEVER order from this company again and do not recommend anyone else do so either. I've never heard of a business not being able to contact their delivery drivers. Absolutely terrible experience! Sales Rep name was John.

We needed a replacement wheel for a 2014 Ford Edge. We had tried other salvage yards to find the wheel but Kettyle was the only place that took the time to locate the correct replacement wheel and gave me the part so the car could be put on the road the same day. I guess I picked a bad day to do business here because rude would be an understatement!!! Didn't appreciate being interrogated about where my scrap metal came from. Made to feel like a criminal and I even asked if I needed to fill out some kind of form stating where it came from for the authorities.. never will go here again!!

The prices are too high considering this is a discount store. I found three identical breast pumps that all had a clearance sticker of $99. At checkout, I was told that that was the price at the original store. Robinson’s price was $200. I said, “So it’s more expensive here than at Target?” The woman shrugged and said the old stickers should have been taken off at their warehouse. That didn’t make me feel any better, so I didn’t buy the item. What else are they up charging by 100%?
