Ordered a remanufactured 6.4 hemi for a 2014 srt8 jeep im having built and its been right at a month now. Was told 3 days ago it would be delivered in 2 days time but could not get a tracking number for some reason. Tried to call again today and couldnt get an answer. The guy i last talked to was no help whatsoever seemed like he just wanted to get me off the phone. My deadline is just a few days away and at this point i have no idea where my $5000 motor is that ive paid for. Hopefully someone will notice this and i can get the service i need to redeem this 1 star review and make it 5 stars.. I dont like leaving bad reviews but beyond frustrated at this point

Called to get a price on a chevy engine. Was quoted 2500 by David. I spoke to my customer he approved. I called back about 6 times just got placed on hold for hours. Spoke to gentleman named Phil, and he was as clueless as they come. I ended purchasing my engine elsewhere and saved $300. First and last for me.
