I ordered a seat, but only wanted the back cover (easily removable). Willing to pay for the whole seat but just wanted the back covered mailed. Called every week to find out where it was, and received excuses and honestly at this point pretty much lies. Three employees including the manager couldn't get it done. My final phone call with the manager was, him: "I just looked at the seat and it has a little bit of damag, Do you still want it", That was his escape goat for lack of care from him and his employees. Dear owner, no need to respond because more excuses and unnecessary lies are not welcomed. Most of your reviews look pretty good, wish that was the case for my experience. No need for names, 2011 Acura TL brown leather seat.

I only give them 4 stars because I'm going to have to pull my own part tomorrow and I'm a woman but if you need a quick part for a quick fix, yes go to these ppl! I just got an air compressor for my 2006 jeep for $70 after taxes. It's $270 in stores or new. Get you some wrenches and a rachet set and go get what you need if it's available. Because in our economy, I don't think we are going to make it to a time where all vehicles are EV. Go here. They are very worth it and nice ppl. They are very busy tho. But that's what you want. A car part business that has business

Very friendly, helpful staff! I took the 1 hour drive(traffic made it 1.5 hours) one way, because they had a body panel no one else had for a 21 year old car with crazy low mileage that we have. They have a good inventory system and the friendly staff verified it before I made the trek out there. I'll definitely use them again!

Love this yard. Always takes care of my shop when they can. Got to love a yard you can pull yourself still. They know their yard and can point you right to the vehicle your looking for.

I recently came up looking for interior pieces and these guys were absolutely awesome, directed me straight to the car and let me get what I needed and even let me stay after they closed to finish getting my parts, not to mention I got one hell of a deal for everything I pulled. Everyone in the office was not only helpful but very respectful too. This might be my favorite salvage/parts yard in all of GA and I will absolutely be returning.

Great people LOW prices and a decent inventory. Their inventory system is excellent. They have the ability to tell you what years and models will cross over to your particular needs. The downside is that they WILL NOT let you drive out onto the lot, so expect to do some walking. I'm sure it's due to insurance reasons. Great overall experience every time I go here.

I was referred to this place after asking for recommendations on where I could buy a used engine for a Toyota Corolla. I called and they had one for sale! I was nervous as I have bought an engine from someone before and it turned out to be a bad engine, however, this was not the case this time!! So far, it has run perfectly. Not one issue! Customer service is great and their prices are fair! Thank you guys!!

Please avoid at all costs! One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a small business. I ordered a door for my Toyota Tacoma through their EBay store. Rather than having it shipped, I decided to pick it up locally (I live in North GA). Upon arrival, I was told that the door had been stolen over night. Seems very very unlikely. My guess is that they don’t know how to manage their inventory, and they sold it beforehand. Regardless, I told them exactly when I was coming, but they never bothered to notify me that the door had been ‘stolen.’ I drove four hours round trip and came back empty handed. Either these guys are terrible liars or they don’t know how to run a business. Probably both.

It's not the same place. Most parts you need they won't let you pull anymore, yeah even in a salvage yard. Reason being they more focused on keeping everything to overcharge on complete motors and trans. My opinion is if the community can't have access or value of the huge scrap yard and the miles of pilled tires around it, then close up and move.

This place is awesome! I recommend this place for having the best helpful advice and service. If you forgot a tool don't worry! He has spares. And when you find your part it's in decent shape.only some side is you have to walk and hunt down your car on the lot to get your part. But still best place to go!!!

Customers beware I had a truck load of scrap and i took it to another place they refused to take it bc it had some wire mixed in with it so i called this place round 330 340 pm i have the phone records to prove I called them he said he would take it my dad as a witness and I got over there and they refused to take it bc of the little wire that was mixed in he called my a liar that I never called them he never spoke to me he never said that they would take it so up to you if u want to deal with a company that lies and calls Customers liars...the community that pays there bills with out us they wouldn't have a job of be open to me there not trustworthy people so if u need parts or anything my opinion go somewhere else bc I want ever be back over there

I am not usually one to complain about customer service since I have been in this field 12 years but my jeez. Everytime we come here some rule has changed from the last time we visited, the guys are rude (when you find them), or a reason why your pay dont add up. The first couple of times we visited this place we had a little bit of scrap metal got paid cash except for when we visited the last time a week ago all of a sudden they cant write a check for less than $10 or pay out cash. Then we had a friend come the next day and they got paid out cash for $13 and some change. When you pull in go ahead, unless you get lucky, and prepare to wait for 10mins or have to go find someone and most likely they are at the back of the yard. This happens almost everytime we and some of my friends visit. No, I dont mind waiting as I know employees are not doing just that one job but I feel like when another employee says someone will be there in a few and after 10 mins he yells out for you ( the customer) to go walk around the yard and find him.. Like that is not ok to me. They try to tell you what law is and policy but nothing is posted saying no cash payout. Or no check written under xx amount... Then when you look up law you see that what they said is not true... I just expected better.. Maybe they will learn better customer skills

Needed an intake manifold and they were closed by the time i needed it on friday. Ok. Look up hours for saturday. Says open 9 to 3. I pull up at 11am after blowing up the phone for hours and no one is there and i needed this TODAY. way to go. If youre not open, update your hours on the website because i drove 2 hours for nothing.

This place has been iconic landmark for commerce Georgia. If you can’t find it here you don’t need it. There’s a family of leprechauns living in an old Buick on E row. Do you have this leprechaun gave me a sack of magic box. Are use these bolts to fix every car ever made. Is dinner ready yet? Don’t forget your towel

I have been there a number of times to buy parts and sell scrap metal. They have always been friendly and helpful. On my last trip I bought a used tire .They didn't have anyone there to change it over so the manager sold me the tire on a rim for a discount ( I was about broke) and trusted me to return the rim when I switched it over to mine.I like these folks.....

I've always had good luck here and the prices are fair. Even though they told me they didn't have the part I needed they let me look anyway and I found one so I would insist on looking around. You might have to shoo away some cows while your out there but its part of the experience. :p

Ordered a part from them. Called twice to see where the part was. 10 days later, after the two phone calls, a promise that they would get it out, and blame placed upon me because they did not get payment info (they were supposed to fax me a form), still no part. Then he thanked me when I told him I was going somewhere else.

Went with a friend to get some car parts most miscellaneous stuff.. The guy sitting behind the computer was either racist ( hispanic) or just hates his job. Whatever the reason they don't want your business. Named him literally 5 different types of cars and could not come up with anything helpful didn't even tell me to go to the yard and look for myself! What kind business are they running?

I like doing business with Haynes. They always do their best to help you find what you need. I don't know what the problem is with those giving bad reviews, the salvage parts business can be very difficult to match parts from year to year with specific vehicles. Unlike many yards, Haynes has gone beyond and called around and found a part and referred me to a competitor. Maybe if you don't walk in with a chip on your shoulder, Haynes will get you going.

Waste of time - Whatever "inventory" system they use is either useless, or Hoss behind the counter is too lazy to pull it up on the computer. I was told to just go out to the yard, find the rims I wanted, then go back to the office to tell him where they were. If you have them listed in your "inventory" shouldn't you be able to tell me where they are? Just another stellar example of customer service doing as little as possible. With the money I spent on gas and time wasted driving from Atlanta, I could have bought a full set of refurbed rims online, which I will probably end up doing anyway.

Bought an engine from them, head was cracked. Asked for a refund cause i found another engine elsewhere, was told there would be a 25% restocking fee for an item they sold that was no good. Terrible new ownership
