Attempted to contact this business over a three day period. On 9/7/2021 at 09:30am with the last attempt today 09/09/2021 at 11:25am each time receiving voicemail apologizing. They Are Probably Out of Business. Don't waist your time trying to contact this business. If they are in business the ability to contact them speak volume, should I say anymore!!

The best prices for towing your vehicle no matter were it is! I'm talking not just 5 or10$ dollars difference, it's more like 50-75$ difference .

These people know how to operate a business. They were very knowledgeable about the parts they sell. Was impressed with the staff and the customer service. Not a lot of that now a days. I'm a new customer now.

Never been there before. Was alittle bit of chaos when I arrived cause like I said I've never been there before and it was super busy. But fortunately they pointed me in the rite direction the whole step of the way. I got way more then I expected out of the scrap I had. The guys were so friendly I even stood there after getting paid and chatted with a few of them for maybe 10 min. Will def be going back there! Highly recommend!!!

Very easy to work with and their claim is true, I got a pretty good deal getting rid of my old clunker of a car. The service was friendly and straightforward. It was my first time junking a car, but they made it incredibly easy. They payed pretty well for an old Focus with 260k miles on it and lots of rust. They have a third party, J&J, who provides towing. They were also very easy to work with and paid cash up front when they took the car, provided the car's original catalytic converter was intact. They offer less if it's an after market one. I would definitely recommend M.L. Norwood for their friendly and straightforward service when junking your car

I was not able to get a name of the female associate who answers calls for this company but it was at the time of 2:26pm I was being very respectful on the phone I was just calling for a inquiry on a job posting I see an asked if I was able to speak to a hiring manager the women who answered the phone was extremely rude an replied back to me in these exact words “ if you want to speak to a hiring manager you need to go an apply first online an then a manager would reach out to you that would make more sense right “ I replied back saying that I had already applied online a week ago an was just trying to be consistent in which she replied back “well if it was that long ago an no one has reached out to you then CLEARLY they don’t wanna hire you” an hung up the phone before Ii was able to say anything back I called back an some male picked up an was also rude when I had asked her her first an last name I could hear her laughing in the background. Very RUDE customer service one of the worst phone calls I have ever encountered trying to talk to a hiring manager

Being in the auto body repair business you need people you can trust. Dan S is the man! Called for a truck bed at 1 PM, they had it in the shop 24 hours later. Exceptional service from ordering all the way to delivery, every single time. If you need it, Dan will get it.

Brought 360/lbs of aluminum rims. Left with $100. That’s .30/lbs the national scrap price as of April 2024 is .70/lbs that’s a $150 difference. I have a lot of aluminum rims that won’t be going to this scrap yard.

The people who work here are super friendly and nice. The guys in the barn and the ladies in the office are always helpful and polite. I love giving them my trash and demo debris!

Brought my truck to get tinted and the outcome is just phenomenal, I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work and the turnaround. One of the cleanest shops around hands down.
