I have used William Coffin and Sons Inc., for three years, to service my rental property during the summer months. They are always accommodating and pleasant each time I call to add or subtract weeks as the need arises. In addition, they provide two extra large barrels so there are no extra bags or boxes necessary to contain all the garbage. They are very professional and I would highly recommend them

Horrible customer service.Used this company for many years for summer rental trash. One day a tenant called to say that the trash was not picked up, so I called Coffin. The conversation went like this:Me: My tenant called to say the trash wasn't picked upHim: I won't know anything till I talk to the driverMe: But I know it wasn't picked upHim(very loud): Fine, I'll cancel your account if you'd like!! I'm not in the mood for this today! Do you want me to find out what happened or not!Me: Well yea, but why would the tenant say that it wasn't picked up?Him: I don't know and I don't care.I that a way to treat a customer? So, he talks to the driver. If you were the driver would you say "Oh, yea boss I forgot to pick up at that house"? Of course the driver would say he picked it up. He calls back a while later and says "I spoke to the driver. He picked up at your location. As far as I'm concerned the case is closed"Me: "Cancel my account."
