Unethical business!!! Charged us a hefty $143.00 to tow my operable car to his location instead of to our home. He did this thinking that because of the 4th of July holiday he would be able to bill me for storage over the holiday and long weekend. When I went to pick up my car that was actually operable he told me that if I didn’t go get cash right away that he wouldn’t be there when I get back and that “HA - then you can pay me for the car after the 4th - how would you like that lady”. His business is a scam - picking up cars that are operable, not bringing them to where they belong and then being overwhelmingly rude and tough to try to intimate you so you feel worried about more charges and stuck without a car. - SCAMMER

Thought my started died. Tow driver came out, took a look under the hood and told me it was just the battery. If he had jumper cables on him, he would have jumped my truck for me. Saved me the cost of the tow and the cost of the fix at a garage.Didn't charge me for the call, and was appreciative when I handed him the few bucks in cash I had to thank him for saving me money.A lot of other tow truck drivers wouldn't have cared what was wrong, they just would of hooked and booked.I, of course, immediately locked myself out of my truck. But I can hardly blame Diamond for it.
