So sad they aren't in business anymore. Very good people. Had lots of work done here and my Dad used to buy all his racecar parts here

They were very helpful in my finding the parts I needed.

I called this place and they told me they had a hood for my vehicle. I live an hour from there. On the way I called two more times to confirm. When I got there I was told that they did not have it. I had to pay a friend gas money to pick it up. So now I am out the money as well as no hood. Do not believe them if they say that they have something. I would give them zero stars if I could. NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!

Paid for them to send a part to me and they suggested sending it to me and told me it would get to me the next day. Found out that they didn't ship it until the next day when it should have been here and I told them the day before I would pick it up so I could have it. If you get a part from here, don't do shipping at all. I don't even care about the $20 extra, I just needed the part. Sad that companies don't care anymore. I would have picked it up but they just wanted the extra $20 cause I was quoted less than what the owner wanted. They sent the wrong part and put my calls on hold. All I want is the right part or my money for their mistake

I don't think I'll ever come here again after today's rip off. These yards have gone down hill drastically since it's gne from Crazy rays to LKQ or PYP. I pulled a part of a truck. Went to the counter to find out it was double price, because it was in the "doubles section". It didn't say it on the website. Only "doubles section" was written on the window. NOT "Double priced section". Very poor management if you ask me. Black Friday turned into F U friday.

Been going to this yard about 15 years .or so great guys that work there new manger turned the place around got a long timer there he's also great .don't see why they don't have all five stars. oh might be cause there about the business like my self

These guys are not friendly or helpful. I was forwarded from Paul, to Max, to Tony (who hung up on me mid-conversation). Paid $1,000 for a rear differential and these guys gave me the incorrect part and are refusing to return the money. They are also dragging their feet and ignoring my calls by putting me on hold instead of getting me the right part. Status update: It has been over a month now, they have my money and I still don't have the right part.

Before purchasing my 2014 Ford Focus, I had asked if there were any mechanical issues I was told “No” however 2 days afterwards I noticed heavy smoking from my exhaust and they were made aware of the problem (I showed proof) I then gotten the car serviced myself (to find out the cause )and was told I needed a WHOLE new engine. However they have done NOTHING about it besides telling me “I had a 30 day warranty “and “I could take to any mechanic to have it fixed “and “I’ll give you a call “. My car has not been drivable and has been sitting at a shop for 3 months for a pre-existing issue. Please proceed with caution ⚠️

They always give have the best prices and are great people. The customer service is always amazing and they are extremely helpful whenever I call with pricing and material questions. I will never go to another scrap yard.

I’ve spoken mostly with Stephen at this Fisher Auto Parts in Laurel. He represented the company very well. He was helpful when my vehicle was in service at a local dealership and the dealership was struggling with a warranty issue with a part. Stephen and Jerry were professional and took care of the parts swiftly. If you need any auto parts, I highly recommend Fisher Auto Parts. You will be in good hands.

Don't try calling this place unless you have 20 mins to spare on hold

Sounds nice on the phone like they know what there doing but no. Called about a part said they had it just couldn't pick it up that day because they closed really early however closed for the holiday called the next business day they have the part but doesn't know what to sell it for(price) so now the owner who is out of town has to come back to a place that's open but can't sell parts as she claimed. I call yesterday and this morning now they don't have the part of this is business me and my auto community will not look here for parts Thanks but no thanks you never know who your doing business with that might hurt yours.
