Never again! Worst customer service, they tell you one thing and then it’s a complete other story when you pick up. Gave me a specific paint code and it was not correct. They give you a quote via Facebook message, but then they charge tax and debit card fees to body shops. They neglect to tell you this until you come to pick it up. As you can imagine these fees can be pretty high especially when you’re spending hundreds of dollars. When I called back to speak to the person that gave me the paint code and the quote, I was told he wasn’t there that I better try and call him tomorrow because he’s going to be off for a week. When I tried to leave a message for him to call me back the next day, the guy told me he “could take a message, but he’s probably not gonna call you back”. I’d stay away from this place.

Good luck finding anything. Filthy, disorganized, cars are haphazardly placed. I've been a mechanic for years, and have gone to dozens of junk yards; nothing compares to this level of filth and chaos in this yard. No inventory system. If you manage to find the car advertised, it will likely be boxed in by other cars right against it, or more likely, under several other cars, making it impossible to pull anything from it. There was literal human excrement behind a couple cars, a lake of used motor oil, and just general garbage everywhere.<br><br>In my case, I had to climb over a precarious stack of cars to get to the one I saw advertised (looking perfectly accessible in the pictures) only to find it pinned against a civic and a taxi, stacked on a pile of shap metal debris, making to impossible to get any of the parts I traveled nearly 200 miles to pull.<br><br>I genuinely don't understand how this is open to the public. That being said, the staff was very friendly, and willing to help, they just didn't know how. It seems to me like they are in over their heads, and don't know how to run a junk yard, rather than just a landfill.
