Always have good business with them, to the guy who left a 1 star review, you’re simply being lazy and expecting people to go out of their way to do something for you instead of being a functional human being and going there and looking yourself. Asking someone to take pictures for you isn't “giving business” anyway. Going there yourself and checking without hindering someone from doing better things and purchasing said item is considered business. People got things to do!

Good luck finding anything. Filthy, disorganized, cars are haphazardly placed. I've been a mechanic for years, and have gone to dozens of junk yards; nothing compares to this level of filth and chaos in this yard. No inventory system. If you manage to find the car advertised, it will likely be boxed in by other cars right against it, or more likely, under several other cars, making it impossible to pull anything from it. There was literal human excrement behind a couple cars, a lake of used motor oil, and just general garbage everywhere. In my case, I had to climb over a precarious stack of cars to get to the one I saw advertised (looking perfectly accessible in the pictures) only to find it pinned against a civic and a taxi, stacked on a pile of shap metal debris, making to impossible to get any of the parts I traveled nearly 200 miles to pull. I genuinely don't understand how this is open to the public. That being said, the staff was very friendly, and willing to help, they just didn't know how. It seems to me like they are in over their heads, and don't know how to run a junk yard, rather than just a landfill.

Very bad experience, the owner was rude, aggressive, and had bad prices. Do not recommend going here.

The man I spoke with, put me on hold for 15 minutes to go walk out and look at a vehicle, and when I asked what the hood looked like, he barked at me and said I didn’t ask about the hood only the bumper when I clearly did at the beginning of our conversation. I then asked if he could send me a picture. He then barked back at me and said a sharp NO!. This is not the way you talk to your customers, very disappointed in the customer service. I will never be giving them my business again. Lesson learned. Hopefully, in the future, they can speak a little kinder. And go the extra inch to send a picture to somebody that lives over an hour away.

Horrible service. Guy that was working there gave me a price for the things i wanted to get, but the price was high. I asked if i could remove one of the item to see what the price would be and he told me he is not going to do this with me. He said “you can buy everything you pulled or you can get the hell out of here.” There was also yellow jackets swarming me the whole time i was pulling the parts. I would recommend any junk yard but this one.

I like how small it is, but so far my interaction with the same guy on weekend there has been awful. Doesn't bargain at all and gets mad when you walk away from his price demand. Not at all the way to conduct a business...at a junkyard...where the customer pulls the part SMH. Literally threw the part away and wouldn't allow me to buy it because he'd rather sell at his price. Oh well.

This is a little “country” place - adjust your expectations- it’s not Brandywine Auto Parts and it’s not a car dealership parts department. Call them before you go to make sure they have the vehicle and part you want. Probably best for locals or have a local buddy check before you travel too far. No it’s not that organized, reminds me old yards from my youth. Treat the folks like you want to be treated and you’ll get the same back. They lost their main administrative help to CV-19 and I think they are trying to recover from that.

Bought a part and installed on vehicle and didn’t work. Waited for the owner to call me back, and was practically rushing to get me off the phone because he had other calls waiting(why would you even call me then?) Essentially there was nothing he could do for me. Buying the part, I had to wait 30 min for just for a price because nobody was working/available (not my problem). Overall, terrible customer service and I would suggest dealing with Crazy Rays instead.

Terrible customer service . Got hung up on today May 10th 2021 at 3:29pm for asking a simple question that maybe dude wasn’t sure how to answer. There no need to be negative for no reason. What you put out is what you get and I was very kind. So I’m not sure what rude guy was on the phone and why he hates his job but I’m an entrepreneur so we’re nice to people for no reason. Love more, do more, be more! Amen and have a blessed day

great inventory but changes constantly.....they don't hang onto vehicles for every part to be picked like traditional recyclers.....don't expect any hand holding as nothing is arranged, pulled or inventoried...bring your own tools. prices are reasonable. I drive over an hour to hit this place up cause they seldom disappoint.

My kind of place. This is a scrap yard, not a used auto parts yard so the inventory os constantly changing... If you see a vehicle that you need parts from, get everything quickly because it might not be there tomorrow. The prices are reasonable, and the staff are polite, but from what I observed, the staff treat you like you treat them, so ...

This is the best place hands down to find parts. They have lots of new inventory coming in all the time and the prices are the best around. The prices are better than Ebay or any other yard I have ever been to. Plus the staff is amazing. If you want or need any kind of part I would suggest driving here and walking the yard. It will be worth the drive and not only that they also sell other things for instance scrap metal for projects even stainless.......

This place is the best to get used parts. All parts are available on vehicles you just can't find elsewhere. The owner is quick to help you find your parts and always goes the extra mile to help the customer. The office staff is awesome also. CHeck this place out for discount parts you can't find at the other yards.

I would only go here if you're trying to do something shady like get rid of a catalytic converter. Or bring a vehicle without a title. Otherwise I wouldn't go here. The people are rude

What a rip off these guys will take your money if you let them. The going rate of copper insulated is $2. 15 cents a pound. They wanted to offer me 70 cents a pound. The going rate for bare copper is $3.25 a pound They offered me $2. These people will scan you.
