If you're heading toward the land from Orange City it will be on your right hand side just be sure to use caution when pulling into the driveway because the parking spot is very small and it goes down a rather steep hill/driveway. If there is something old that you are looking for that other places may not have in stock you may just have it if not she can order it her prices are fair and I enjoy supporting a mom and pop type of business rather than the big Box stores.. This company towed my vehicle with no knowledge after I placed a note in my window that I was having my car towed due to the water pump going out. I just purchased the vehicle and I do deliveries. I had to take pictures of my vehicle for the purpose of driving for UPS using my own vehicle. Upon arriving at Best Towing and paying $536 for a tow fee , I was told by the rude racist lady in office on 11/20/2024 that they aren't responsible for the damage done to my car caused by them . I explained to her I did not purchased this vehicle with a bent frame nor a brake leak. The guy who was in office with her moved my vehicle with a forklift and stated it was the only way to move it. Once my vehicle was moved to the front of the business I noticed why the bald mouth lady said they aren't responsible for my damages . They were neglectful with my vehicle in their possession and now I have incurred a major repair bill they are responsible for. I have filed a complaint and provided pictures to the BBB of my vehicle when I first purchased and after Best Towing had it in their possession. I will be contacting a lawyer as i have filed a police report with Pasco county sheriff department. I am seeking for this company to be responsible for the repairs and pay for the damages done to my vehicle due to their negligence in improperly handling my vehicle.

Been in the area for 30 years and didn't know this yard existed! Nice that you don't have to pay to walk the yard, inventory is accessible but a bit tight, understandable considering the amount of cars. Emails were answered like lightning, friendly and informative, a huge shout out for that! This will be my first go to yard in the future, employees there are way better than 99% of other yards. Highly recommended for any used parts as prices are great, I will be back! Thank-you!

The staff is nice and helpful. But can be a little pain the as* to get in and turn around to get back out to the scale when they are busy. I'll be going back there in the future to recycle my junk.

If you are wanting to see the part before you purchase it. Don’t buy here, apparently it’s not allowed and to me it’s not worth the money transfer out of my bank account. Even when calling to get information, the person on the other end was rude. Save the hassle and take your money elsewhere, there’s better customer service out there
