Ole South Auto Salvageis hands down one of the best auto parts shops I’ve ever been to. They have an impressive stock of parts for all kinds of vehicles—no matter what you need, they’ve got it! The service is spectacular and incredibly fast. Special shoutout to Lalo—his attention and customer service are simply wonderful. He’s always willing to help, super friendly, and genuinely cares about making sure you find exactly what you're looking for. Highly recommend !!! Always ask for Lalo!!!! This men deserve a raise.

Call them ahead of time to find out if they had some parts, they were able to determine quickly that they did indeed have the parts I was looking for. Fast, friendly service, and a nice waiting area to boot! This is not a you-pull-it yard, you tell them what parts you need and they will pull it for you. Price was very satisfactory compared to new.

My engine blew up on my 2005 tacoma and Ole South Auto Salvage came to the rescue. Steven took very good care of us and was careful to write down everything we needed. They held the engine for us and when we got there they gave us not only the engine but every single thing that was attached to it, harness, sensors and everything. The engine was in very very good shape. I was shocked! THEN he carefully wrote down all the parts I requested and said he’d send them to my area when they have them in stock. Very caring and professional people. I highly recommend it to anyone in need of car parts. Well worth the 3 hours drive there and back even though I’m sure they can deliver to a shop near your area (don’t quote me on that). 5 star service for sure! Way better than LKQ pick your part. **EDIT 4 months later.** The engine is running beautifully and I am grateful to have no issues so far. I am a little upset to share that Steven did not find any of the car parts I asked him to get for me even though some of them are very common parts. I feel forgotten about. It is minor but I feel now like it was false niceness rather than genuine customer service. I will still keep the 5 star rating but to me it's like 4 1/2 stars now. **Edit 2 years later** Engine is still running good. Very happy. However, never heard from Steven.
