It’s not very often that we consumers get to say good things about items that we purchased that are used.In the case of Go Auto Parts, now FENIX parts, It’s a whole different experience than many of us are used to when buying online and from people we don’t know.I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with this company for over 10 years now. I have always found Go Auto Parts to be professional ,honest and willing to go the extra distance to help bring parts in from all over the East Coast to help me solve mechanical issues.All of the engines that I have purchased come with a six month warranty and no labor. However, for an additional fee I have always been able to up to three years with no mileage limitation‘s and either the option to purchase $35 or $75 labor. Thank goodness I have only had to exchange one unit in 10 years.Those are excellent odds.My account reps have been Shelby and Ryan. They have been extremely helpful and if you get a chance to speak with them, I am sure you will get the same great service.✌️

Came across Fenix Auto Parts while looking for a stereo for my '11 MB C300. Bill Colwell was a pleasure to deal with, he sent me the necessary documents to get the transaction done and followed up with updates and tracking number. The product arrived on time and was in excellent condition. The price was the best that I found and the warranty was better than what I could have gotten at the dealer whose price was multiple of what I paid. I highly recommend this business no matter where in the country you are located.

To be fair. It might have been a lack of communication that could have saved me a trip. Was going to buy a truck bed. Got some pics sent to me. Got interested. Came ready to pay for it and was told zi could not go look at it prior. Not about to hand over 800 bucks for something sight unseen.

Great customer service. Lobby was clean. Chance was very fast on the computer, knew his stuff, was very fair on price. I will definitely use this company again if I need used truck parts. Just wish they where open on a Saturday.

Brian and the Team from North Carolina tried to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I was already out the time and entirely frustrated with the process. I understand that the largest purchases of body panels are by body shops. However, I just simply wanted to see the part prior to purchase ($700 purchase) to make sure it was suitable as I wasn’t looking to have to paint. To be fair, a new one painted and shipped is $550 (obviously color and texture are going to be a concern) and having done this many times, this is first time I’ve had an issue with wanting to see the part before I made the purchase. I hate negative reviews because often times they are unfair and one sided based on perception but, in this situation, this is their policy. Therefore, if you want to see a part prior to purchase, you would need to encourage an associate to avert policy (would never be ok in the company’s eyes and would put that associate in an unfair position). In closing, this location wasn’t able to assist and in the end I am still on the search.

This review is for Ryan Hill. I work in a collision center, and I cannot begin to tell you how easy it is to get what we need from Ryan. From parts, to the occasional returns and credits. Ryan sets the bar extremely high, and I could not appreciate him more.We deal with dozens of vendors, day in and day out. We are obligated to use some because of insurance guidelines, but that is not our relationship with Ryan, and Fenix Parts. I wish I could get all of my salvaged parts from him. Thank you, Ryan, and Fenix Parts for making things so easy, and for offering us superior parts!
