My fiance and I had a Ford F150 stolen from us and scrapped at Reed's. Upon dealing with the Chief of Police over the matter, he instructed me to call Reed's and give them the VIN to see if the vehicle was there. It was, in fact, in their salvage yard and the woman on the phone called me back very promptly to inform me. They fully cooperated with police and had video surveillance of Tommy Remington scrapping the pick-up.Then at a later date, my Ford Mustang got screwed up pretty bad by hitting a guard rail. Money got tight, and the Mustang wasn't practical considering i have 2 children still in carseats, so we decided to take it to Reed's. Quick, fantastic service at this visit, too.We will definitely not only use Reed's again, but we would recommend them to any of our friends and family.

Thia guy wanted to play games about buying my car making me have to go out of my way to call other salvage yards that will have no problem buying my car it's actually a steal parts wise so basically he cost himself which makes no sense but my momma always said stupid is as stupid does!

This store has went don't hill.they have zero costumer service. And when you ask for a part .or where it might be he wants to send you down four different Isles. And he didn't even know what a rubber Gromit was. So I just walk out. I think you should have people in there that knows how to do their job. Won't be back.

I have been taking my scrap to welston for a couple years now. I love the guys, who always go above and beyond to help me, and I had undying loyalty for the place. Until today. My pay outs have been way lower than I expected the past several times. I am usually pretty good at predicting, and don't have to do math, but this time I decided to see what was up. Weighed all my precious and watched the scale. When I got my receipt, they had given me credit for about half of what I actually had in copper and aluminum. If it had been one or the other it might have been an accident. For both, I'm not buying it. Somebody is running game, and getting fat off my hard work. Shame on u, welston. Say goodbye to one loyal customer.

The 1 star reviews for this location is 100% accurate. Every time I come here, the service gets worse. Always making stuff up and lying to me. I understand the company makes certain rules and decisions as a business and change things. However, the customer service is just unbelievably terrible. The lady at the front was rude and disrespectful for no reason and straight-up lied. Please train your employees some customer service and be to be a normal person, you don't have to be friendly just be normal.

Algiere Salvage has been so easy to work with both for getting rid of an old vehicle and renting a clean out dumpster. I was dreading having to jump through hoops to find someone who would take my Dad's old SUV but they were so helpful and were there within a few days to remove it - and they paid me! While talking to them about the car the lady mentioned they have dumpsters to rent, which I didn't realize. Later I called around to get prices on 20- and 40-yard skids and discovered Algiere is comparable to, and even a little cheaper than other local companies because they don't have a daily fee. Plus it was delivered almost immediately! I know they've been around for ages, but I just discovered this awesome business and I highly recommend them!

We ordered a headlight light, tail light and fog lights for an audi got a great price for all 4, compared to other places that I checked with.The tail light We ordered was right side and we received left. I called let them know he sent me ups label to return it and ordered me another same day. I got it 3 days later. They responded very quick.We are satisfied with service. I would definitely use them again.

I visited this business today trying to find parts and support a local business in a minority neighborhood. I came in and said hello as two people were already being assisted by the two workers at the counter. It was a lengthy wait but one of them came free. That person took one call and finished. I waited. A person walked in behind me after a few minutes. They immediately greeted them and asked how they could help them. I've never felt so unwelcome in a business. I would not recommend.
